Terrible experience this evening, I ordered 3 sandwiches. This store changed their policy, their new policy is 1 slice of cheese for a 6 in and 3 for a footlong. I questioned it, and was told I could pay for more if I wanted it… so less cheese less meat now, same price… still was going to get the pathetic looking overpriced sandwiches because 20 minutes of my life was already wasted… until I tried to pay and the employee then realized he forgot that the credit machine was not working, and they could only take cash… myself and another customer both standing there with our sandwiches in the bags and we couldn’t have them because we don’t carry cash around. The employee called the manager asked what we ordered and the mistake that was made in addition to no sign being posted that they were cash only at that time, the manager decided the best was to handle the situation was to throw our sandwiches away and make us drive to another Subway and give our business to them. This location has lost at least 2 different customers tonight forever by your “new portion policies” and utter lack of consideration and customer service. The Subway I went to made much better sandwiches, and their credit card machine was working, go to the Atascocita one instead, not this one. You’ve been warned

Hello,
I am writing to report a very concerning experience I had today at one of your Subway locations.
When I asked for assistance using my Zillions gift card (value $25), two staff members began speaking to each other in Spanish while addressing my issue, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. The manager on duty, who identified herself as Farry, did not make any effort to accommodate me or resolve the problem when the gift card did not work. I ultimately had to leave without being helped.
More troubling, I observed serious hygiene concerns. The manager had extremely long acrylic nails and, during the entire interaction, I did not once see her wash her hands. Given that this is a food service environment, this raised significant concerns about cleanliness and food safety.
Overall, the experience was disrespectful, unhelpful, and left me worried about the sanitary conditions of the store. I strongly believe this location should be reviewed for cleanliness and proper food-handling practices.
I would appreciate follow-up regarding this matter and would like to know what steps will be taken to address these concerns.

The manager was EXTREMELY rude to my wife and autistic 5yr old this evening while they ordered. She was training someone while we were in line, we asked for our order, the new trainee was confused and wasn’t sure of how to make it. The manager took out her frustration on us, yelled at us to hurry up, when we told her WE weren’t holding up the line she yelled at us to leave. We treat everyone w/ respect, have NEVER been asked to leave any place and felt undeserving of how she treated us. Take your business somewhere else!

Worst subway experience. Was told they had no other lettuce when I asked if the completely brown lettuce was all that was available. The lady was extremely rude to both my son and I. She didn’t label our sandwiches but suggested i needed to do it. She threw our sandwiches in the bag all half opened. Customers behind me tried asking for lettuce as well and was told no.

Horrible!!! Sandwich TOTALLY WRONG! asked for no tomatoes easy mustard! Not to mention allergic to tomatoes! Other ingredients not on Sandwich, made sloppy! Rotisserie chicken is cold, not toasted as requested tried to call 4 times with NO ANSWER!

I have been going here for years and this one worker (Hispanic woman) has been nothing but rude and incompetent every time. I think her name might be Maria. She can barely read and speak English so the sandwiches are rarely right when ordered via app.
Do yourself a favor and drive to another location or at least order in person to confirm that nothing is messed up, but be prepared to deal with attitude or bad moods.
I usually just let it go since it’s “just a sandwich” but it’s been getting worse. There was also another Hispanic woman who appeared to be drunk while at work. Her face was flushed and she kept loudly singing.

I didn’t even get the sandwich they apparently only add one cheese trying to be cheap… who just add one cheese and they didn’t even try to cut it and I just said no thank you and left. There employees obviously don’t care and I personally wouldn’t hire someone who doesn’t care about my company

3pm in the afternoon to beat the dinner crowd is A L W A Y S the best way to order here (Fridays for me). The employees are familiar with our ‘usual’ and get to work as soon as we walk in!! We’re so lucky to have these women who pay close attention to us locals. Thank you for getting us through the line quickly and out the door within a few minutes. This Subway is my personal favorite. Simple. Clean. Familiar faces and now N E W cookie flavors! Mint chocolate chip and raspberry lemonade!

Terrible experience here. Do not come. The girl working there was so rude, rushed to make the sandwich when the store was completely empty. Veggies were missing, and the ones there were old. Never coming here.

Came in there and ordered my son a sandwich. After my order was complete. The server said she can’t accept 100$ bills. It was 12:20pm. No customers. And she literally is turning down money. She turned me and my son around and referred to her sign. This is a sign of laziness and the reason why this particular subway will fail and probably is failing.
