My family and I placed online orders two days in a row at the Munroe Falls location. Both orders were extremely sloppy. We let the first night go because the lady making the order was an older lady who appeared stressed out when we picked our order up. The second day we picked up our food it was made by the same employee. No name given on the receipt. I attempted to contact the store manager but no one picked up the phone. My sandwich was so sloppy made it literally looked like it was thrown on the floor then stuck in the bag. See photos below. We asked for extra sauce on our sandwiches and you could barely find any. The sandwiches were so poorly put together my son didn’t even want to eat his. Sloppy is literally an understatement. The individual who made our orders should not be working there. I’ve bought sandwiches from several subway locations and never have I had such a poorly made sloppy sandwich. Toppings sliding off and the bag itself so messy I couldn’t even put my hand in the bag. Very very disappointed and angry at my experience at this location.

I couldn’t get my food even after they charged my card but I showed them the receipt and everything and still said it did not appear on their computer and also the lady over there gave me a wrong number to call , so in all , it was a really bad service and experience. The app wanted me to choose a star before I could post but it’s not worth even a 1 star !!

Highway robbery! A footlong and a 6in combo was $28!!! They also do not honor any deals or coupons. On top of all this they don’t have a kids option???? Will not be returning.

We ordered food on 2/15/25 in the early evening. The guy that was making the orders was very nice and working very hard. The lady in the back did not come out to help even though the line was very long. She did however yell at the guy and all of the customers that it was her day off (very uncomfortable). She was very unprofessional and was meanly harassing the guy making everyone’s order after she refused to help him. We will not be back because watching someone belittle a new employee in front of customers is awful to watch and I cannot stand for that unkind treatment of others.

Walked in and was told before I made it to the counter that if I wasn’t one of the pick up orders I’d have to wait awhile since those needed done. That’s fine, they ordered before me and I guess the “walk in” fast food days are over. All about filling the orders that are ordered in. Just not good customer service I guess.

I walked in about 4:00 to order 5 subs. The women working rolled her eyes at me when I placed the order for my first sub. She asked if there were more, then said in an annoyed tone, said “I have a lot to do before 4.” She made it very clear she didn’t have time to make my subs. So I went to the subway in Tallmadge. They were fantastic.
