Theyre alright. Food is fine, theyre nearby and convenient so thats cool. Depending on the server you sometimes get a little less food or a little more. But its pretty standard for a subway all things considered.

If I can give zero stars I would. I order two sandwiches and both of them were not how I order them online. Second it didn’t even have chicken no vegetables it was plain bread literally. I went to the store to tell them and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The girl infront which she didn’t have a name tag but said her name is Dulce was rude and very unprofessional. Horrible customer service! I love subway but I rather drive all the way to new caney than to get subway there. Also ask for the corporate number or manager number and apperantly they don’t have one.

I used to like eating here but the food has given me a bad stomach twice and the guy in glasses with three crosses on his neck was rude and on his phone. He told me to give him a minute at the register while he finish sending his message on Instagram.. management needs to do better here

I came in there to pick up a DoorDash order and it was about maybe 30 minutes before closing and you would think even then they would have the stuff to make at least delivery orders but no I walk in there and she basically tells me we don’t have the bread We don’t have any of that we have wheat bread so you can either use that or you’re not getting your order. I have worked in the food service industry before if you are not closed, you keep things stocked. I don’t care if you have to bake more bread and make more cookies you make sure things are stocked. She literally a guy he tried to come in and it was 10:42 PM and they close at 11 PM and she just interrupted him and said we’re closed to get out

Well Jennifer at this location sold me a whole new sandwich to overcome their ingredient shortages in a manner that makes you forget the sting of disappointment. This place has been good to me when they open, but I don’t know why but recently they’ve been having problems They finally got the mobile app working in that location a week or two ago and when I first ordered they canceled and so I called they told me they were out of some stuff and so I ordered again, but making sure our order what they had available and they still canceled it that was last week today. I ordered again and they said they’re almost out of everything. The only thing they have is brisket, but even The Person told me they were too low on that I don’t know. It’s a problem with the supply or management, but they need to fix it.

Took a friend, 1st time went to this Subway. My friend has Social Anxiety so it’s hard for her to talk to strangers. The store associates took their time with her, not rushing her through the ordering process & with my help this was a good experience for her.
The shop was clean, well lit, the food bins were filled with fresh vegetables, had multiple selections & re-covered after each use. The associates wore gloves, which they changed after each customer. The associates cleaned between each customer, were efficient, friendly, smiling & made us feel like are order mattered most to them – despite it being after 8:30pm when we arrived, to order take out. Had an excellent selection of different types of cookies & chips.
Recommend this Subway & will return.
