Great restaurant and such kind staff that make sure you are happy with your food and provide the best recommendations for the area. We were visiting Boston and staying in the area and found the food here very savory and representative of Massachusetts through the quick service and good portions. Overall much recommended

Love this restaurant. The food is always great. I’ve always had a great experience every time I come here. Today I came on my break so I had a crunch on time. I originally ordered for take out but decised to dine in instead just because of time and it was a bit cold out.

I got the BBQ chicken sandwich, a stuffed quahog, cup of chowder and a caesar salad. All were great. I tested out putting some of my stuffed quahog into my clam chowder and it was amazing. Just something I wanted to test out of curiosity. This restaurant is a gem.

There’s windows down the side facing the water way and inside they have pictures from around the area of the restaurant.

The staff are exceptional as well. Very attentive to make sure you have everything you need. Definitely reccomend if you’re in the area. 🙂

Breakfast Special worth the trip and so very relaxing. Nice water view.
The vibe in Narrows is chill and the food is super good. Server tops, just right in every way. Keeps coffee coming.
We had the 2-egg breakfast, bacon, home fries, toast and coffee. Finally! You ask for eggs over medium and voila—you get ‘em!! Thank you Narrows. We will be back.

A friendly, no frills, local eatery.

Narrows Crossing looks out on the water facing British Landing. It’s great local eatery with awesome lobster rolls. The service is friendly and the clientele local. The lobster rolls are also very, very good. I’m still perplexed as to why there is not an outdoor deck. That would be the ultimate differentiator moving this local establishment from good to awesome.

JoAnne and the family-owned restaurant staff are a joy whenever we are there. Fresh fish and salads are my favorite. View of the water from our table really slows down the pace. Being at Narrows means/ confirms that I’m on vacation!

The food and the service were outstanding. I would highly recommend. I had a stuffed quahog as an appetizer, others in my party had the clam chowder. They were both delicious. We had clam plates, sirloin tips and grilled salmon for entrees. Nobody was disappointed.
Our only complaint was the party in front of us were very loud, we couldn’t carry on a conversation between ourselves because they were so loud.
We mentioned it to the waitress as we were leaving, she said we were not the first to complain, but I did not see or hear the waitstaff speak to them. That is the reason for the 4 stars for atmosphere. The fact that every seat has a water view is incredible.
I would highly recommend The Narrows.

Interesting location in a small canal. We had lunch, it was okay. Chowder was decent, but the packaged oyster crackers were all stale. Turkey club is not fresh turkey, it’s sliced cold cuts type meat. Fries (and other fried items) were all good though.

Great server at the bar.

I have never been here for breakfast before but it was delicious, probably the best crabcake benny Ive had in a very long time. Our waitress even made sure to accommodate my love for spinach. The staff and service here are always great and personally I would definitely recommend here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
