Cashier came out and looked at me with an attitude. Said we’re closed. I was too tired too even argue so I left. It was 20 mins before closing. I know it’s a short time but I had just went on break in a 12 hour shift and there was nothing else around.

The chicken was hard the bread was harder than a rock. My son spent over $16 and just to throw it away. It was no good I’m so upset this is not the first time it happens. This is like the fifth time and I have complained and complained about the service about the people not speaking English, not understanding and they don’t care that the bread is hard. The vegetables are ugly and fat slimy.

The food was fine when I finally got it. When I arrived I waited in the ordering area for about 3-4 minutes. One of the ladies that worked there was sitting at a desk messing with her phone and not paying attention, even after I said “Ma-am” in a slightly raised voice. I even tapped on the glass thinking she might hear that better. Finally someone, that I could not see from the angle I was looking at, came out and helped me. She took my order with no problems and the lady that was at here desk came out in an aggravated mood helped the guest behind me. She had an attitude the whole time. She was also the one who rang me up at the register to complete my order. She then could see the 2 foot long sandwiches that I ordered and still persisted to ring up 1 foot long and 1 6″ sub and then noticed after that it was wrong and then rang up another 6″ and little did I know that it actually cost more for some 6″ Subs, mainly because I don’t order 6″ subs, and I ended up paying more for the meal than if I had to have just paid for what I ordered. The whole time the lady didn’t not have anything nice to say. It was very evident that she was not having a good day.

They always have all the meats and veggies stocked when I go, and I never walk to see a line usually 1 or 2 people not like 5 so i love it! Its convenient right by my house and you can buy your chips straight from the store so it’s cheaper than buying them from the actual subway since its inside the store. I just dont like that the soups have been microwaved I love me some soup but if you dont get soup it’s no biggie. Customer service is good to I’ve never had any issues either.

There were 3 ladies working there doing nothing. And they only had one job to make my sandwich like i asked for. BAD IDEA to order online they dont read the “notes” i asked for only pepperoni on my spicy italian sandwich since theres not an option to remove it. And when i got there asked the ladies if they had only added pepperoni to my sandwich and she said “yes” to my surprise they added both salami and pepperoni.. I wish i would of have checked my sandwich right there . So they would of made it again like i had ordered it..
