The lady who made our subs this morning clearly can get awards “the best Subway stuff” I love it, how respectful, how fast, how nice m. Thank you for your service this morning, our sandwiches always best, and you’re always kind. Definitely recommended this location!

The staff are great at this location, always friendly and great customer service.
The owner of this location does not accept subway coupons or most of subway app promotions. They only do the daily meal deal.

Poor customer service as also seen in the other reviews. The only lady who works there is very rude. Not only that, but I asked for sauce on the side because it gets the sandwich soggy and she said they haven’t received cups or containers in months. So then I wanted a veggie sandwich since I couldn’t get what I wanted and it was like 14 spinach leaves(1/3 were wilted), 6 bell peppers, 4 red onion slices and 7 jalapeños approximately. I reiterated that I couldn’t get what I wanted because she couldn’t provide it and she followed up with exclaiming that it won’t be soggy, that they have a max amount (which was single digits and she pointed at a list they have and read each item) of veggies they could provide, and started trying to argue with me. She said she offered me sauce but I just didn’t want it, which is incorrect. I just didn’t want it on my sandwich but instead on the side.
No one wants to argue while trying to just get a sandwich. It’s ridiculous. It’s a sandwich. So I said you know what I don’t want it. And as I was leaving she started talking at me rudely as I was ignoring her leaving not saying anything. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s abysmal. She was literally sitting down doing nothing when I walked in and it was dead. There is a reason for this. It’s her and whatever single digit vegetable policy they have. She and the restaurant are depressing. Protect your peace and find somewhere else to patron.

I’m a Subway lover! Unfortunately, this location ( which is the closest one to all of us residing near Woodway and Voss area) lacks proper customer service. This lady who’s usually in the evening ( sorry for the description but we don’t have her name! a bit chubby, asian look, dark hair & long fake eyelashes) i went with my fam but she’s is zero welcoming! She prob hates her work or not sure what it is, but when asking her for menu options she’s very mean & doesn’t handle the ingredients carefully; she prepares the subs like if she’s upset or smthg. Probably you’d have to visit this location to understand my point. She’s zero friendly, lacks training, customer service skills and knowledge about the menu.

The worst subway location in the city. I don’t understand why the owner hired an employee like her. She clearly hates her job! We came at night before closing, and the first thing I said to her sorry for being the last minute customer, but her attitude was so disgusting. She barely added any sauce and when I said I would like a little but more sauce, her response “Any other special requests from you?” Never coming back to this nasty place just because of the level of customer service they have.

I was being charged for a drink refill despite already having paid for the initial beverage. A staff member observed me pouring the remaining drink from my original cup into a new one and insisted I pay again. While I understand the importance of preventing waste and ensuring proper procedures are followed, I felt this was handled poorly.
The staff member in question appeared unfriendly and confrontational, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. In contrast, another employee I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. This inconsistency in customer service is concerning.
My concern is not primarily about the cost of the refill, but rather the unnecessarily aggressive and unfriendly approach taken by one staff member. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue with your staff, focusing on improving customer service skills and communication, particularly in situations involving perceived policy violations. A more empathetic and understanding approach would greatly enhance customer service.

I have never visited a Subway (including the one by my house, where I usually visit) that said it would cost extra when I asked for extra pickles. Apparently no more than 8 pickles for a foot long! Management should really rethink this… I will never visit this location again because that is absurd.

Never have I experienced a subway where they charge you extra for toppings! I went in on a weekday and had the server “Vero” so the name tag said on the side of the hat. She said that this store charges extra for lettuce and onions. I was completely in shock and I said when was this? She said this is what it is and even mentioned that the store does take it out of her own check if she goes over a certain limit. She has to report the inventory list at the end of the month and depending on how much is left over it will affect her own salary. I can’t even believe that the store would treat their own employees this way. This is highly illegal and something must be done. I will never support this store ever again.
