In a day and age where it feels like every restaurant just heats up food from Sysco, this place sets itself apart.

From the very first dish (I got a dragonfruit salad) I could tell that the ingredients used were fresh. It just got better from there. It is clear that the chefs here don’t just rely on drenching things in butter and oil to make their food taste better. The seasonings used add a perfect depth to each dish that left me eager to see what the next one would be. The picanha was much better than any other I’ve had at Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chao. For dessert, we got the crème brûlée cheesecake which had a perfectly crunchy top.

The service here couldn’t have been better. We were seated quickly. The wait staff was so attentive that our drinks never ran out and we always had some food in front of us as soon as the first dish was served.

Of all of the restaurants in the area, this one has blown me away. I can’t justify going to any other restaurant knowing that I can just come here instead. I will be recommending this place to any family and friends that come out to visit.

I am incredibly impressed with this place. The food is interesting and delicious. The dragon fruit salad was refreshing, the sweet caramelized plantains were cooked perfectly. The yussa was surprisingly unique in flavor. I could go on and on but I highly recommend seeing for yourself. We tried multiple drinks, deserts and a full course and had no complaints.

The waiter was funny and prompt and the atmosphere was upscale and light.

We had such an AMAZING experience! We dined here 2 days ago on Wednesday. Our waiter was a very kind veteran & he was very attentive. The chef came & talked to us, her homemade bread is fantastic. My Coco Nutty drink was so tasty. Literally every single thing we ate was delicious (including dessert – get the grilled pineapple, the ice cream that comes with it is phenomenal). THE MEATS WERE SO YUMMY…ALL OF THEM. My husband & I were so full when we left. Give this restaurant your business, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I don’t know if we caught them on a bad night. It was Satruday nught around 720PM. The meat tasted like it was not fresh, reheated. Only one server that night and he was amazing, honestly. He was stretched thin. The sides were decent. For what we spent, it was not worth it. I hate to compare, but Rodizio is priced more fair AND the food is WAY better.

We finally made it to this fabulous restaurant!! It didn’t disappoint, everything we ate was delicious. The ambience was relaxing as well. No complaints but make sure you come on a empty stomach and ready to devour delicious meats, appetizers( meat pie and tuna yum) , salad, and sides.
We will be back!!

Okay, first things first, this is an Afro Brazilian Steakhouse. You might not realize that from the roadside signage. For context, I have a house just down the street where we spend half the year. I have driven by this place dozens, if not hundreds of times not knowing what it was. Usually the traffic is too heavy that once you realize you’ve passed it it’s hard to turn around- especially when you don’t know what it is. Well, today the traffic was light, so I did a u-turn. And honestly I was glad I did.

The parking is ample and the building exterior is modern and well maintained. We were welcomed by a genuinely lovely hostess who was helpful and friendly. The interior is admittedly a mixed bag. Stylistically it’s pretty tasteful in terms of furniture and overall space – especially for the area, but the seating arrangement does feel temporary like a function room. So, on the bright side, great for larger parties, but not the coziest for more intimate dates. We sat at the bar and ordered cocktails and appetizers (we don’t eat a lot of meat). The cocktails, on-and-off menu were all excellent. The apps were very good, although the assortment was narrow. The main menu is a prix fixe with a wide variety and interesting choices.

I don’t usually do this, but as a marketing exec of multiple billion dollar brands- I’d like to give a little branding advice.

1. PLEASE change the roadside signage. Lowest hanging fruit would be to update the LCD sign to be super simple. “Brazilian Steakhouse” or just “Steakhouse” would really resonate with locals, and be easy to read as they fly by at 70mph. Your sign as it is right now is super busy, and hard to read, even standing in the parking lot. As is the sign on the building. Honestly, your logo is not doing you any favors.

2. The seating orientation doesn’t do you any favors either. Try to mix up the angles, make more intimate spaces, along with seating for groups.

I really like this place. It’s unique for the area, and I would love to see it thrive.

The Food was absolutely amazing. The menu is simple. You pick 1 salad and 1 appetizer then the premium meats and sides are all you can eat so you get a bit of everything. They bring it out hot and fresh. I am not typically a fan of lamb chops, but these were amazing. The Yuka fries and plantains were my favorite side. And the dragonfruit flower salad was delicious. This is definitely a hidden gem.

To the point: this place was fantastic, absolutely worth a visit, and the staff’s communication was top-notch. Compliments to both the front and back of house teams. The service and food were excellent.

While living in Japan, I had been searching for a good Brazilian steakhouse, knowing I would eventually be moving to the area. At that time, this location had not opened yet and the only option was Pensacola, which was about an hour from where we now live. More recently, while planning a surprise anniversary dinner for my wife, I searched again and discovered Char 51, and I am very glad I did.

One of the first things I appreciated was the intimate restaurant vibe. It is not a huge space, but it is beautifully decorated and laid out in a way that feels full and welcoming without being crowded. The balance of light and dark tones creates a rich, relaxing atmosphere, and the entire place was clean and well organized.

We got started with the dragonfruit salad, which was outstanding. The meats were cooked perfectly, and I was especially impressed that they were not over-salted like many larger Brazilian steakhouse chains. My wife and I actually left feeling great, no sodium migraines in sight. For dessert, we ordered the beignets and the crème brûlée cheesecake, and I added an affogato. The dessert items were the perfect ending to an already excellent meal.

We will absolutely be looking for our next excuse to dine here again.

Truly went above and beyond for my birthday! I was skeptical for a long time because of the lack of buisness this place had but that was my loss. This place is truly spectacular. Everything was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Our server and gaucho were very personable and pleasent. I will definitely be back!

Food was cold and dry and overcooked. Everything tasted like bell peppers. The only decent thing was bacon wrapped chicken bites because they were hot. The wedge salad was decent but very small. When I called to make a reservation the lady said they only had one table left for 6:30 so i booked it. The place was almost empty when we got there. We should’ve realized that first red flag! Then in this almost empty place they sat us in a small area isolated from the rest of the dining tables. I think maybe they just brought us food when the rest of the place was finished with there sticks. They had plenty of wait staff. We were so dissappointed it was $278 without tip for 4 of us and we all rated it 2-3 out of 10. We are not food snobs so our expectations were not high before we tried it, we came for the experience. It was a bad experience and we were kind of embarrassed that we took our guests there. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! It was TERRIBLE.
