My wife ordered a Subway Club Salad using Uber Eats. The roast beef was spoiled with a rancid smell and slimy feeling when touched. My wife inconveniently took it back to Subway, and initially she was told rudely that there was nothing wrong with it. My wife insisted the Associate smell the serving container. The Associate finally admitted the meat was spoiled after smelling it and gasping her breath. A new salad was made in the back, but there was no apology made or compensation offered because of having to take it back!! I will not eat here again because of health concerns and food not being stored properly causing spoilage!!!

Sandwich was not cut, fully toasted and I asked and mentioned no red onions. Whomever worked tonight definitely doesn’t know how to follow requested orders or do their “job” properly. Isn’t each sandwich/sub whatever you’d like to call it, is supposed to be cut at the halfway mark and it’s a 12 inch? Not really worth going here nor ordering if they can’t follow simply request and are in too much of a hurry to leave and close up. Than to fill literally ONE sandwich. No combo, no drink, no snack just a sub.

See my video along with the still pics in this review, the Malay associate tried to serve some tuna with ripped bread that was watery and looked diluted. The female who was serving along with him cheered on this boasting activity as if I was a piece of gum on the ground. I do not recommend this place for truckers or the black community as I did not feel welcomed as a guests here at this establishment

These franchise businesses have got to stop nickel and diming. If I come in here and am spending $20 on sandwiches and I ask you to put a few extra olives on my sandwich then that is the very least you could do. She said “they have cameras everywhere, everybody likes the olives” SO ORDER SOME MORE? She literally told me “3 olives per sandwich” WHATTTTT? I mean she gave me 5 though so that was nice of her, very sweet lady. It’s the managers or owners fault so whoever that is, never coming back to this location. Also leaving a review on Yelp. And probably a tik tok. So mad I spent that $20 and couldn’t get more than 4 olives. Life is hard and bad enough JUST GIVE US OLIVES.

I come almost every other Monday for lunch, and the food is amazing as well as the service. Very delicious!! The workers here are extremely kind!! I order online majority of the time and they have never messed up my order.

I guess they added the shield in the meat side of the serving line for us customers not to be able to see how skimpy they are on the meat. I just finished a vegetarian sandwich because that is how it felt, I could not taste the chicken. Won’t be back at this location and will make sure to tell my coworkers not to come to this location as well.

So I come to the subway lot cause I work by here and for the first time I wanted to try the nachos the foot-long and I was very disappointed with this location because why don’t y’all advertise or promote and say that you can only eat the nachos as it comes I wanted to add lettuce and other things to my foot-long nachos and apparently you can’t and then the manager wants to yell and get mad at the employee in front of the customers that was rude and unprofessional, she could’ve waited and took her to the back to talk to her about it if that’s the case But I don’t understand. Why can’t you add things to your nachos that I am paying for? I don’t know if I’ll be eating there again, very disappointed with this subway at this location very disappointed.
