Mayaflor is extremely underrated. If you find yourself waiting in line at MyMy across the street, do yourself a favor and head over to Mayaflor instead — you won’t be disappointed.

The breakfast burrito here is top-tier. They don’t include potatoes inside the burrito, which I typically like, but it didn’t matter. To drive this point home, my husband looked up mid-bite and said, “This burrito is spectacular.”

Everything on the menu looks amazing. As soon as you walk in, you’re welcomed and greeted with warm smiles and a graciousness that makes you feel right at home. The service is excellent all the way through.

The only reason I gave atmosphere four stars is that the space could be a bit cozier and offer a bit more character to equally match the quality of the service and food. But I’d still come back here either way.

Amazing Peruvian–Mexican fusion!
The service was exceptional, and don’t even get me started on the food. We had the pisco sours, café de olla, and pan con chicharrón—everything was absolutely delicious. Super yummy and definitely a must-try!

WOW. Zero wait on a Saturday for brunch. Featured photos: Mexican Hot Chocolate, Pollo Mole Enchilada special, Breakfast Burrito (made vegetarian). This place is the best kept secret on California street. Kind and welcoming staff. We can’t wait to come back and just walk right in and eat.

The two of us were seated right away for a sunday brunch. The food took awhile to come out but it tasted homey and fresh. Waiters were nice and accommodating. We would come back again and try their dinner menu too.

This is my third time here because everything on the menu thus far is delicious! From their chilaquiles verdes to sopes to their specials with mole or pozole. Highly recommend, and great service!

Best kept secret in San Francisco. This Mexican (with some Peruvian influence) spot is the real deal, gourmet cuisine in an pleasant stylish setting in Nob Hill. Had an amazing brunch where everything on our plates was a taste sensation. Also, on weekends get the authentic Cafe Olla! I had the Huevos a la Mexicana and wife loved the Challah French Toast. Sat outside on a nice day with cable cars going by, and great service.

Delicious Latin Soul Food. True to roots. Mexican in the morning, Peruvian food at night..

Service is wonderful, it’s no wonder they have great rating on reviews..

I ordered Lomo Saltado and my friend ordered Pollo a la Brasa.. we cleaned the plates… True to flavor, the chicha morada was also delicious. Definitely coming back!

I ordered Lomp asal

The chicharron sandwich was wonderful with crispy pork that melted in the mouth. All the dishes the perfect portion size. Would definitely recommend for a more unique brunch experience!
