On my recent visit on March 8, 2026, there was a large sign posted outside advertising “Buy 1 Footlong, Get the 2nd Footlong 50% Off.” Based on this promotion, my two sons and I ordered two footlong sandwiches.

However, when we reached checkout, the employee told us the promotion was only for last week and refused to honor it, even though the sign was still clearly displayed outside the store and there is no expiration date on the ad.

In addition, the service we received was very disappointing. My two boys were placing the order and politely asking questions about toppings, but the employee repeatedly ignored their questions and appeared intentionally dismissive, which came across as rude and unprofessional.

For example, one of my sons asked if he could add one more topping before the sandwich was toasted. He spoke clearly and loudly enough to be heard, but the employee pretended not to hear him and proceeded to place the sandwich into the oven. I had to step in to stop her so the topping could be added. She appeared extremely impatient and dismissive toward the children, which was very uncomfortable to witness as a parent.

During this time, two other customers who were waiting behind us ended up leaving the store without ordering, apparently due to the employee’s rude and unwelcoming behavior.

This experience was particularly upsetting because it involved poor treatment toward children and misleading advertising to customers.

I have attached a photo of the promotion sign that was still displayed at the store during our visit.

I hope Subway can address this issue with the franchise owner to prevent similar situations for other customers.

I normally order from here. Today 2 of my sandwich were wrong, and I found a knife packed in the wrapper of one my sandwich. I went back to complain and the manager was very indifferent to my complain. I do realize I was a little riled up but she never apologized for the mistakes or the freaky knife in my wrapper. I expect a little customer service delicate from such position. But I get more warm from a funeral or DMV.

I was hesitant to try this Subway with the reviews I read prior to entering.
Thankfully, they did an okay job with my sandwich. Sad that “an okay job” is considered acceptable, but it is more to say that it wasn’t as bad as what other people who reviewed before me experienced.
I don’t know why the “Sandwich Artists” don’t put the condiments on the bread. Sandwiches are an art of fresh ingredients and ratio of bread to toppings. When the condiments are put on the actual meat, it makes the sandwich messy. It’s one of those things you can request, but not without getting the stink eye. Subway is probably the worst with this ratio concept. Honestly, Subway keeps getting my business because of the multiple convenient locations, the price point, the beverages (I love Vitamin Water!) and the pickles. They have great pickles!!
The restaurant itself needed attention; most tables were dirty, but it was lunch time, so maybe I caught them after a rush.
I will most likely try this location again and I’ll request the condiments to be on the bread next time.
Side note: in all of the Subways I have tried lately AFTER their new “slice in store” campaign, I haven’t noticed a difference. Happily, the price is still the same, but I don’t notice a higher quality/better/different taste. I assumed it would be sliced as you order, like Jersey Mike’s, but all I have seen so far is the signage. Not sure what the deal is with that.

Unfortunately, my sandwich bread was far from fresh, even though I was their first order of the morning.

Sandwich was fine, however the fact none of the workers speak english and only a small amount causes way more issues than it should. Ordered my food for pickup, a foot long no drink or chips JUST a sandwich, and somehow ended up with my name on a completely different order, seen several customers have to repeat themselves because the workers didnt seem to understand what they were saying and most had to point and even then still couldnt get them to get it right.

Not going to lie any time I order online at this subway they get it completely wrong and never toast the sandwich. Very frustrating when you are on lunch break and have a limited time to eat.

Good as usual.
Last night around 9pm (sunday) was only one person working and at the moment I went in she was in the bathroom so I had to wait like 5 to 10 minutes. They had a metal cover behind the glass and couldn’t see the meat section, and she did not want to fix it. So, it was a terrible service and is incredible that at that time, Subway had one person only working when it could be dangerous for her.
