27 minute wait to *order* a single sandwich. Someone then had to come to the serving window and ask for every option I wanted on said sandwich *after* the sandwich was ordered at the speaker.. This additional wait was another 10 minutes. Then I get home and not only does the sandwich look terrible.. it’s not even cut in half. ♀️

Fountain drinks were almost all empty so disappointed since I did pay for a drink sandwich was good cashier not friendly didn’t thank for the purchase staff asked my daughter what she wanted on her sandwich she picked out her type of bread the girl left and didn’t come back someone else needed to finish after waiting for a few minutes need more training for better service and check your Fountain drinks when they need to be changed out

Great staff. Sandwiches well made. Had a hard time getting out of parking lot . Not enough space for large pick ups. I don’t drive one but I was trapped because of one . 5 point turn ugh.parking lot not wide enough. My favourite is chicken teriyaki on toasted plain bread.

Nice guy made my sandwhich. I think he may have been new because he seemed a little unsure. Only reason for 4 stars is because the app didn’t work properly and their scanner in store didn’t work so I couldn’t get my 2 dollars off my footlong sandwhich.

Ordered online and I could not change my combo drink for a large. I put that information on the comment section online so they could see it. I get there and tell them I requested a large so if they needed to charge the difference it was fine. They look at each other lost and say they just cant change it because I ordered online. WTH? They wanted to charge me full price and give me 2 drinks instead. Omg it should be so hard to add a few quarters to your freaking register and get your customer the large drink they ordered! They also took forever to provide my pre-ordered food and and had to ask me my name 3 different times!!

It’s Subway, if you want a sub, it isn’t bad. Aside from that, this location has friendly had friendly and well-trained staff as of this writing. Store is clean and has most products in stock which has been a problem during the last few months.
