The lady Nika was was very rude and unprofessional. We went thru the line was not crowded one lady behind us. We paid for our food and received call to get another sandwich and so we got behind the lady and again Noone else was in the line. She said next time we need do it all at once and not slow the line down. Which we did not. . Even after explaining she still offered no apology. Seem like she didn’t want to work.

Saturday hours are posted until 10pm – the doors were locked by 8:45PM and server had already cleaned and prepared for close. Then to allow someone to walk to the door and not say anything at all is just rude. First impressions are everything and this one was not great.

The young lady and young man (who were working Thursday evening 4/15/2021) were extremely polite and helpful. Made the sub to perfection. Made sure everything was what I wanted. The workers deserve appreciation from management and owner. Great to see young people working hard and trying to be respectful.
