I have lived in the area 50 years (except military and school) and this is my first time at the Marina. I had no idea what I was missing! Great atmosphere, and excellent people. Dogs are welcome! Good menu, not overly complicated. We had both versions of their flat bread, and they were awesome. Our sweet tea stayed topped off. Bo was even served a glass of water. He was not interested in it, though. 🙂 he did eat the toppings off of a piece of flat bread. Two paws up!

An overall welcoming lakeside pub with a cozy, small-town feel. Parking could be better, and a few more menu options would add some variety — but honestly, it suits the laid-back pub atmosphere well.
The bathrooms are clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Just know that this is primarily a bar, not a full sit-down restaurant, with limited seating outside of the bar area.
There are board games and little knickknacks for kids (and adults, I suppose) to enjoy, though personally, it feels more like a spot for a casual night out with friends than a family outing.
The food was decent — nothing that blew me away, but nothing disappointing either.
The burger was solid — a safe, tasty choice. The spinach dip was quite good, though we couldn’t tell if it was made in-house or bought. A quick note: the pita chips that come with the dip are crunchy, not soft. I didn’t mind that, but my wife wasn’t a fan.
The nachos had a nostalgic, homemade quality. You know when you’d throw tortilla chips and shredded cheese in the microwave as a kid? It brought back that kind of vibe — in a good way — with a nice, old-school charm and a bit of an upgrade.
Overall, I’d give it a 7 out of 10, mainly for the friendly service and how accommodating the staff were with our large party.

We love Lake Hickory Pub and Marina! The best atmosphere and they are killing it with all the things! Supporting other local businesses and always have great fun and music going on! Dan and the Crew are the best, making you feel like long time friends just hanging out! After talking with Dan, we decided to dock our boat there and it has been fantastic! We can’t say enough great things about the Kelly’s or the Pub & Marina, so go check them out!

Great time had kayaking with family at the marina ! Owners were super friendly and helpful, pub was beautiful and felt sooo good after a hot day out on the water ..I seen they had great selection of drinks , ice cream and food ,, we cant wait to get back and rent one of their many selections of boats ..maybe pontoon next time !

We have stopped here a few times while on Lake Hickory. First time was for engine oil and they had what we needed and the bathrooms are clean! Ice cream is good!! The second time we stopped was last Saturday. We stopped in for some lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the menu. We ordered the cheeseburger all the way, tater tots and mini corn dogs. The Lighthouse Pub is very unique and interesting. My fur babies were welcome in the pub and the employees and guests seemed very happy to be there, as we were. The food was delicious! The beer cold and they even have a menu for drinks. I want to try the brain freeze next time! This is a treasure for sure and we will definitely be back!

Best boat rental ever! This is going to become a tradition for my friends and me. From the moment we booked, Dan was incredibly informative—sending thorough walkthrough videos and making sure we felt confident and excited to head out on the water. I can’t speak highly enough about the incredible effort, thoughtful marketing, and wonderful boating experience! The boat was spotless, easy to take off, and so much fun. We’ll definitely be back—and telling everyone we know about Lake Hickory Pub and Marina!
