I normally don’t give a 1 star rating, but this one earned it. Horrible customer service by purple hair Crystal. I ordered on the app. Pulled up to the parking sign that says online or call in orders. So figured my app order was an online order. I called and let Crystal know that I was here. She said that this service is for curbside only In a rude and annoyed tone and that I would need to come in. I go in with a line of 5 people waiting while my order is ready and while Crystal takes 2 personal calls on her cellphone while serving customers. If Crystal is management, she is ruining this subway and they should consider new management. If she is an employee she needs to be retrained. She obviously hates her job and isn’t friendly to any customers.

Ordered 2 BLT Bacon Lettuce Tomato, ordered xtra tomatoes and xtra lettuce. First one had 4 tiny slices tomatoes all 4 wouldn’t touch on 6”! Lettuce had so little didn’t even cover cheese. Second slightly better Worst part calling for manager, said be back later then said was sick. Called next day no manager, asked get call back, 3 days later nothing. Won’t call won’t go back, order minimum 8 sandwiches month. It’s BLT ordered xtra let&tom and usually full at about 3-4 sandwich, ate 1.5 of 2 and wasn’t hungry but not full. 3 ingredients think would at least be normal amount to plus as only 3 items. Happed one before and just didn’t say anything, but just won’t order again Taylor subway needs new owner!!

My husband went in today around 3pm and the young man who helped him had such an ATTITUDE to a point that my husband had to ask if there was anyone else who could help him because he was being so rude for absolutely no reason. They should hire someone who actually wants to do their job, who has manners and prioritize customer service.

We did Subway Catering for an office meeting and the general manager, Crystal and her staff went out of their way for everything to be awesome!! We will definitely get Subway lunchboxes again for future meetings!! – Thank you!!!

Hi, went to SUBWAY®‘s order BLT2 sandwiches ask to be toasted lady did not toast neither one of them and then she said she did and was arguing with me I asked for a refund she said since I order online, I would have to get it online and then hung up the phone on me very Rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even put no lettuce in the sandwiches. Very rude her name is Crystal and she’s the manager.

As I was pulling out a napkin from the dispenser, a live roach came out with the napkin. I dropped the napkin (and roach) straight into the trash. I told both employees. Neither made any effort to retrieve or clean the dispenser nor replace the napkins in the dispenser. (Sun 8/31/2025)

I ordered online got accidentally the wrong store had to drive half hour 45 minutes away to pick up my food because there is no option to cancel on an online order even if you do it right away I got screwed. Sandwich was good but no cancellation option even if you make a mistake and realize it within five seconds of your purchase, there’s no cancellationterrible situation for a person who has three kids and has to drive almost an hour away to pick up the food totally my fault but no cancellation sucks.
