Was not very clean behind the counter where they make your food, which then makes it hard for me to enjoy my food after seeing that. The tables, soda machine and bathrooms looked okay. But I worry about how they treat the area where they prep and make my food.

Brody is just different. Above and beyond. I came in for a sandwich, mentioned my car wouldn’t start, and he just tossed me his lambo keys like it was nothing. Said to just bring it back before close. Also gave me two free pickles. Unreal guy.

Had a really good experience today at this location. I placed an online order after picking it up and returning to work I realized the order got switch with someone else. I gave them a call and they were very helpful and professional. They even delivered the correct order to me including a cookie for my troubles. This is not the only time they have corrected errors quickly and politely. They have some wonderful employees.

Staff forgot the bacon on my sub, I was handed the sub before I even finished paying. When I had to come all the way back in and let them know that they forgot they gave me an attitude and acted as if I was a nuisance. Sorry if you’re going to charge me for extras I shouldn’t have to turn around and waste my time coming back for the staff to give me a hard time about it. The cashier girl was nice however.

I got married a few weeks ago at Walsh University and we had Jimmy John’s deliver sandwiches for the bridal party as we got ready for the wedding. I placed my order online ahead of time. They delivered everything on time and with no errors – and of course the food was delicious! I highly recommend ordering from here.
