Had an amazing experience at this Subway! The employees working (12/13 P.M.) were both awesome, super friendly, fast, and clearly knew what they were doing. I didn’t catch their names, but they truly went above and beyond.
The service was amazing, and the food was absolutely perfect. My sandwich looked exactly like the commercial, and it tasted just as good as it looked. Fresh, well made, and clearly done with care.

I ordered a Classic Chicken Salad Wrap without cheese. Flatbread had a slight aftertaste to it. Other than that, I enjoyed my sandwich. The veggies had a nice crunch, and the chicken salald was flavourful.

If you go on a weekday during lunch, you will be waiting easily 30 minutes in line. They have two registers, but I have only seen them use one at a time. Still faster than going off post during lunch, unfortunately.

I was delighted by the service and the profesional speed of Miss Anne, the lane was sooo long and she was alone in the front. I surprise how hard she worked and I like the kind customer service she provide for me and my children, I was so happy that I asked her name because it is my first excellent experience in subway since I came to Ft Cavazos. she was extremely kind and helpful with my order, she had a lot patience and she was quick to provide me with the best service. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Subway in any state or country my whole life today. The manager Tiffany was very rude, argumentative, confrontational, and tried to humiliate me in front of her employees and other customers. I was trying to use a coupon for a buy 1 foot long get a second for free with the purchase of a drink. I’m allergic to the bread so I asked if it would be possible if she would use a wrap because that’s the only thing has has been able to somewhat agree with my digestion. The thing that really has me agitated is that she made the comment along the lines that I was only trying to use the coupon because I couldn’t afford to purchase 2 wraps. That is unacceptable, and as a customer is not what I should have to deal with when entering a establishment. I have been a customer of Subway as long as I can remember.
While speaking to the employees I offered to pay for the wraps separately to diffuse the situation. In the end I had them make the sandwiches on the paper rapper without bread because your manager Tiffany told me that she would have to put the contents in a salad bowl charge me for 2 salads and 2 foot longs and i never asked her to do that. Something must be done or said to her. This is no way to run a restaurant and mentor junior employees. I will not be back to this store! I may even post a review on Yelp or the Fort Hood/Killeen Facebook page so others won’t have to be disrespected as I was.
If there was a 0 * I would have chose it.

I was standing in line waiting to get my sandwich made and the sandwich artist was helping 4 other people and each time she touched every single food item on the line an sandwiches without changing her gloves them proceeded to touch the oven, sink, and bread container. I did ask her to please change her gloves and she did but rolled her eyes , then she went back to touching everything again without changing the gloves. Each time I asked her to change them and she would get an attitude. The manager herself stood there while cashiering the other customers out. Just nasty!

Stale bread that was clearly from the day before, soggy or frozen vegetables, and the staff wasn’t paying attention and put the wrong sauce on my sandwich.

I just ordered a Cesar wrap, then processed to put barbecue on my chicken. The employee proceeded to tell me they changed the menu. While I’m looking at the Cesar dressing how hard is it not to put barbecue on it.

Subway is my 3rd maybe 4th favorite sandwich chain but it’s there when you need it. First would be Jimmy John’s, then Quisnos, and Ocharlys. But Subway will get you fed. Not exactly affordable but what is right?
