Was driving by and decided to try that location for once. Nice getaway from Walmart Environment. Closed in lobby that separated sound from the hustle and traffic of shoppers. The staff was very polite and helpful. I used a coupon I got in the mail and got a Foot long, got 3 oatmeal cookies and a 20oz cool blue Gatorade for $12.52. Excellent food and a really good alternative to fried fast food for the same price! The coupons offered are saving me $5 a meal on average. Every dollar counts in this economy! Decided to get the subway app over the experience alone. Will definitely be back!

Sadly, this location is represented by poor management and bad employees who have no buisness working and serving the public. This is what gives Subway a bad name in Belton.
Skyler- sucks at his job. Poor customer service skills and needs anger management classes asap. Slamming and beating everything he touches including slamming our finished sandwiches on the counter when he was done making them. We are glad we do not live in this community, I feel bad for those that live here and have to deal with this poor staff. We will definitely not be returning to this subway and are glad Jersey Mike’s cares about customer service and quality and has our business for life- Thank you Jersey Mikes for setting the standards n the sandwich world!
Avoid this subway at all costs! Not worth wasting your hard earned money at this poor quality location. Your better off buying a bag a chips and a soda at circle K than deal with these fools.

Came here 1 day for lunch for the family spent over $50 plus tax when ordering my sandwich. I asked to have a couple of onions. Added to the sandwich. The attendant looked at me and told me, no. I can’t have any add-ons. No onions added to my sandwich because of a corporate rule of some sort that I’ve never heard of regardless. I spent over $50 and you can’t add a couple of onions to my sandwich. Just lost a customer

Ordered the all new #22 which was to come on ghost pepper bread. It didn’t. They then toasted the sandwich without asking me with onions and green peppers on the sandwich. The little ones sandwich had more mayo then anything and the bacon wasn’t even warmed up just thrown on a mini with a piece of cheese drowned in mayo.

Usually go to this Subway…. Ordered sandwich, but when I saw the state of vegetables I had to cancel. The lettuce was brown, and I asked for another batch. The batch that was brought,I was told , was yesterdays.

At least one of the staffs at this store is clearly racist against Asians.
Just now, my wife was trying to order some sandwiches. There were two staffs working and another customer ordering something. My wife was completely ignored. She waited in line while the available staff just gave a glance at her and went to the customer who was already taken care by one staff. If you think this is just a lazy staff, then wait to next. A delivery guy came to pick up orders. The staff who was being “lazy” suddenly showed up with smile and got the order ready while my wife was still standing there. Background info, we are Asians and I cannot think of any other reason but racial discrimination for them to do so.
I just checked other reviews and found most positive ones were from “local guide/paid advertiser”. Bless their heart.
