Understaffed which made the 2 employees overwhelmed and overworked. Burgers were a 4/10. The fries were very bland needed salt and peper badly. Not worth $16 for a burger and fries. Photo below is hamburger combo

Used to be my fav place at Flatiron Crossing. Hadn’t been to the mall in over a year and figured I would stop by. The week before Christmas and there was nobody there. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes because it should have been open during mall hours and nobody appeared at all. All of the bins in the front were empty and I finally left assuming that they were out of business. When I walked by about 15 minutes later a bored employee was standing at the counter playing on their phone. Apparently service is not important to them anymore nor is actually helping customers.
Figured I’d try again while there two weeks ago. Again all of the bins in front were empty and they had one person working that appeared to both be taking orders and cooking. I saw several people in line end up walking away and one said they’d been standing the mind for 15 minutes while the person took an order, then disappeared to get food, and it was slow. The food I saw come out beard little resemblance in either quality and quantity to what they had a few years ago.
It’s a shame because this used to be a great place but based on recent reviews in my experience it’s really gone downhill.

We like to come here once in a while. We always have a good experience but today they took advantage of us. We got overcharged and when I tried to ask why the cashier didn’t knew how to explain himself .
We ordered a “Cadillac Cheeseburger” which is advertised that INCLUDES Bacon and fried eggs on a $14.25 Combo base, No extras .
When we see the bill we got charged for it AND extra of fried eggs, avocado (that we didn’t ask for) and bacon. So when I asked the guy why are we getting charged for “extras” when the burger we asked for already comes with those items (but the avocado) as a base he said that the $14.25 is just the Pattie . I got pissed and I told him well your “base” burger not extras is way cheaper if you are saying that we need to pay for the extras that the “Cadillac” one comes with. I didn’t wanted to take it further but we clearly got robbed. Extremely disappointed of this service and the dishonesty of them we won’t come back.

I was searching Google Maps to find a place to eat at the mall during an upcoming shopping excursion. The reviews for Street Burger are some of the worst I have seen for an establishment. I would recommend that the manager do something to address this issue of consistent bad reviews. It seems the major issues are up-charging and poor service. I know that sometimes bad people leave bad reviews for no good reason, but this seems to go far beyond that. I would address these concerns immediately, before more people like me make the choice not to patronize this restaurant because of the terrible reviews.

I ordered the Cadillac burger and it was so tasty. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and not frozen. Definitely recommend when you want a nice juicy burger

Acts kind at first and “overcharges” you. I paid cash and the woman decided to tip herself $2. I paid for a #10 COMBO and didnt receive the cup that was included in it. it was my fault for not asking for the receipt but damn have some basic human manners and be honest with your work.

The older woman that works here has a terrible attitude and honestly has the worst service. They also overcharge like crazy!! They would charge an egg despite the menu item clearly showing EGG in it. This must’ve been a continuous problem because the last time I went, they added a note stating egg is EXTRA charge.
Idk how they still business with all of their bad reviews and complaints.

Came in on a Saturday when everyone and there mother showed up. I thought it would take forever considering the line but true to their “fast and fresh” motto they delivered my meal while I was elsewhere. The burger was hot and the fries were excellently salted. The cashier lady took great care of me, noting that I was a hungry delivery driver. Overall a very pleasant and quick experience.
