I am REALLY mad at myself for not leaving a review sooner!!! I have gone here too many times, I have never, and I guarantee you I never will have a problem with it! As with any restaurant, you might get a wrong order every once every few months, but that is just part of the restaurant experience. It happens. Even if they do get your order wrong, they are super apologetic and offer to make a new one free! The employees are super kind and nice! After coming for a long time, I always see a smile when I walk through those doors. The food itself is wonderful! Absolutely 11/10 it is so good! I think that the employees deserve a raise. I don’t care what their payroll is, give them a raise either way! They’ve earned it! I can’t tell you how great it is, you have to try it to know!

This subway is useless. I’ve never had a correct order from here. We ordered food delivery and they forgot all our chips all the drinks and of course the guy brining food couldn’t speak English. the service fees are outrageous and the bread was hard as a rock. I should know better. $51 bucks for 2.5 subs and it comes like this. I called 7 times before someone answered and all they said was “well you can come get them or request a refund through the grub hub app” which I didn’t use in the first place. Had to leave a family event to go pick your drinks.

I wish that I had taken a picture of my food, but it was so good and it was dark outside, so what can you do. Lol! I can say that the service was amazing! I ordered through the app and got the buy one, get one foot long. Not only was it me perfectly with everything I had ordered on it, but when I came there, even though there was a line, it went super quick and the guy asked me if I ordered online and told me he would make mine next. I had a great experience and because he was super friendly and super efficient, it look like everyone else did too. Definitely check out this location because I will again!

This subway is by far the best in a 20 mile radius! The staff are very nice, fast and make a perfect foot long. I pass two other subways to get here because I know the quality is there . AND the place is very clean . Including the bathroom!! This manager is doing it right.

What is the point of online orders if when you get there at time of pickup and they have not started. Rude employees on top of that. Going down hill. Pre paid for a Diet Coke and they are out of all diet. Refund?

This place is probably fine if you order in store and watch them like a hawk while they’re making your sandwich. They are completely incapable of filling online/app orders. 4 times in a row our sandwiches have been completely wrong. Never again.

This location has the worst customer service. I wish subway would train their employees. Today after waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich because the staff had not prepared tuna for lunch. They only had 1 person up front. When I attempted to pay with the app it was not going though. I asked her if she new what the issue was she said no. I have no idea? Not even an attempt to try and fix it on her end or ask a someone who knows? I eat at subway at least 2 times a week. This is by far the worst one I have been to. They are lucky there aren’t many good options in this area.

Today was a sad visit ! I have been several times with no issues then today I came and ordered a drink and then after I paid realized no ice ! Got back to my office and my bread is super stale and hard as a rock I can’t bite it ! Hope this is just a way to bring awareness to the issues and they can fix what’s causing the downfall ! I will return to check it again !

Updated to 1/5 stars today, 11/4/2017. Service is sooooooo slow, ran out of Ranch dressing, none in the store, and then ran out of Chipotle dressing, and I got one of the last of the white bread… Worst inventory management.

Cookies were old (hard/stale), last two times we’ve gone in. Today, no white bread at 12:30, old lettuce in the veggies. Manager lady always sitting at a table on her PC and rude when providing feedback.
