I came in on Christmas Eve 12/24/25 around 7:45 pm. First, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. I placed an order through the app which was finished late. I stood there and waited quite a bit after the original pickup time on my order. I was the only one there waiting at the time, they were slow. My 2 footlongs were also made incorrect. The first one was made on the wrong bread but I ate most of it anyways. The second footlong was a spicy Italian flatbread which had cranberry sauce on it. My first sub had the cranberry sauce so I guess they accidentally put it on the second one as well. I threw the second one away without even touching it. I don’t complain or get upset easily. All I wanted was a refund. I tried the online subway chat multiple times originally and never received an email response so I went in person to hopefully get a refund and after some back and forth, I was denied a refund since it was an online order and they said they had no access to refund it. They could have given me cash, I just wanted my money back. I previously got a refund for an online order at a different subway also. Needless to say, save your time and don’t waste a meal at this location.

Lots of mixed reviews. They must have new staff based on the previous comments. So they don’t understand English as well, but that’s ok, English was my second language too. The place was clean, the bathroom was had soap, that’s a plus. The restaurant was clean and ingredients weren’t just everywhere on the counter like other Subways. I would of liked the young lady to swap out gloves whenever she touches anything but food, so that was probably the only downside. I would come back here.

God awful experience the last two times here. Tried to give them a chance but through mobile orders took my money and then CANCELLED the order. Had to message on the site to demand a refund.
Then a second time they made me a BREAD FREE SANDWICH??? What even is this mess? And the lid is disgusting? What did you all do? And who would make this into a salad when the ticket literally says sub??? And my chips were Harvest Cheddar.
I think you guys literally don’t care. This entire thing was ridiculous.

So the service at this location is good. It’s always just a little bit backed up because there’s so many people that come through, but the food typically comes out good. Sometimes the sauces are coated a little too much for my liking. If you choose the preference of light, you know, they might still overdo or if you choose a lot, they might underdo it, I’ve came to this place before. Multiple times in person and/or multiple times online? And so yeah, the situation usually varies depending on the staff, which shouldn’t be the case. You know what I mean, it should be consistent. All the way around, but, um, um, it’s a good Location on the list. I still recommend it to people. I don’t have any Negative things to really put down on this location.You know, I mean, besides the long lines

Customer service excellent the food clean and fresh from all the around my house this location the best one and I prefer to drive 10min to this location because they always have the whole store clean , fresh food clean and the customer service. Amazing. The two ladies they work there they need a big raise for their excellent work.

When I saw I could not pay for my Subway wrap from all my cards not working and no cash that Subway called in a lady who did pay for my food! What a blessing she was to me! There at that Subway on 5354 Rufe Snow! I highly recommend this Subway restaurant! To anyone! I was hungry! But could not pay! They took care of me! Thank God!
