A simple online order spicy Italian, It wasn’t busy. Yet somehow they just gave me a veggie sandwich know meat whatsoever and I even spicy.
I do not know how you can mess up a order like that.
Tried to call them no answer and voicemail box is full.

I really enjoyed my experience here at this lovely subway! The decorations were so nice! And the service was great the nice lady even let us fill up our waters here! The sandwich was great and she made it fast!

The older woman who works there is an absolute dreadful individual who can’t seem to care about her job whatsoever and i can visually see the other employees fed up with her disgusting attitude, dont bother even ordering if she’s there, literally threw my ingredients on my sandwich as if she literally did not care!!! She’s been like that for over a year and after today id rather not come to this location again, I feel terrible for the other employees that have to indulge with that kind of team member!

Choose another location. This location used to be good but recently it appears they are cutting back on the portions. Only 2 pieces of chicken on 6 inch sub. Anything more is a premium the lady said. Where’s the chicken, lady?? Time to find another Subway location.

On numerous occasions on my lunch (11:30-12:30) there is a nice older lady that always serves the best to her abilities yet she is always the ONLY one there. Why is there anyone helping her, it take too long to make a sandwich for one person when she has a line that is 12 and up. I wish I got the lady’s name because she stays positive and keep moving forward while doing her job. She gets five stars in my book but the service is crap because there’s no one there to alleviate this woman from all the work

The women working was very kind, prompt and helpful. I was in and out in probably 4 minutes which is less time then it ever takes at a drive through.

I’ve had better food at this location than the Basswood one.
The last few times I went to pick up my order, there was only one employee working the line with more and more orders and customers coming in. She was very obviously stressed out, and I don’t blame her. Even despite her queue, she still asked me if the sandwich was made correctly before handing it to me. I really appreciate that care. She was awesome.
