Stopped here for lunch with another person, and we were very surprised by the inside of the place. It was very, very modern very clean. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was very friendly and she even took us on a slight tour of the place. Definitely will go back. We both ordered burgers with fries typical lunch, but it was very tasty. Overall we enjoyed our ourselves very pleasant lunch.

Food came out on point. Fresh, full of flavor, and clearly made by people who care what they’re serving instead of just heating up regrets. Portions were right where they should be, not stingy, not ridiculous.
Service was smooth and attentive without hovering like a nervous helicopter. Staff actually checked in at the right moments, which feels rare enough to deserve applause.
Atmosphere sealed it. Clean, stylish, relaxed, and lively without being loud or chaotic. The kind of place you can enjoy dinner, hold a conversation, and actually want to stay a bit longer.
Came for dinner, left impressed. Definitely coming back.

They did such a great job remodeling this establishment (think it used to be a church). We have not tried the food yet, but drinks were great. Staff very kind & the inside is very nicely decorated, you don’t feel like you are in Waterbury. Will be back to try some food!

Beautiful vibe for celebrating a birthday, drinks are awesome . The calamari is on point with the pineapple yumm . My sister celebrated her Birthday and felt such high spirit she even took an airline chicken to go , food is $$ but delicious I’d say worth the experience it’s a must!

They spent years fixing this place up and is beautifully renovated inside and out. It is truly unique and definitely no other place like it in the area. When you walk in it’s like being transported to another dimension. Friendly staff, great service, delicious cocktails and Mediterranean menu. Six stars and ten thumbs up!

The food was tremendous. I ordered the MIA burger and my wife ordered the Seafood paella. Absolutely delicious. Our server, Kaltrina, was great. Very attentive but not “in your face”. She makes everyone in the table included in the convo. She definitely earned a good tip. And the cooks here has to get be getting PAID because they cooked tonight. Restaurant very clean. Atmosphere was great, music wasn’t blasting. We could easily have a convo without having to shout. And lastly, THE MARGARITAS! One word. TREMENDOUS! This place was amazing. Definitely making a comeback to this place for my wife and I.

This time I went we were upstairs. While the food was good and the music was tolerable even though we did not under stand anything it wasn’t until they made a human chain and started locking arms going around the whole upstairs multiple times while jumping and stomping. It completely ruined the vibe and we did not feel safe as the floor was shaking the whole time. We didn’t even get desserts we were beyond ready to go after the 8th time they went around. The waitress took about 30 mins to bring the check as she was participating in the human chain. They barley played any American music which was much different than the first time we went where the music was actually good they played R&B, reggae, slow jams, and spanish music and everyone was vibing. Based on this last experience I will not be returning I rather drive to the MIA in Middletown where its actually about the customer having a good time and not the wait staff.
