All the tables were dirty and had the corners all peeled up. When I walked up she went to the back and left me up front for a few minutes. Probably never go here again. She was texting with the gloves she made my sandwich with. Threw it away when I left. I don’t want a refund, keep the $$, use it to train someone else

Me and my wife are lunch there on June 1st @ 1:15 pm we both got sick after eating the employee was very nasty looking and not clean did not wash his hands until we ask him to and then he did not use soap. Called District Manager and he said he would check into it. Be careful

I really wise I could give this place negative stars, it’s horrible. They are always out of meat balls or something else. They can care less about customer service or customer satisfaction. And it starts with the store manager (the face of the store). You can’t always give excuses for not being stock with products. This subway has no business in Benbrook TX. Now I drive down10 minutes to 2917 Alta Mere TX 76116. This sub way is always stock and staffed. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. Take your money there and not to the one in Benbrook. Help me and others get this sub way out of Benbrook by not giving them business. They will close it down, and bring a new one later with a new owner and new management that will meet Benbrroks standards.

I worked here for 3 weeks and it was the WORST job and the most incompetent manager I’ve ever had in my life. I was left alone to run the store on my 3rd shift at work, 1 of those shifts being 2 hours. This is a regular practice to have only 1 person run the entire restaurant. What if someone slipped and fell in the back? Leave 1 person alone with hundreds of dollars in the cash register? The last straw was when my manager told me to refill the line of food and sauces with the dirty dishes from the sink without washing them, that it would take too long to wash them, that we needed to get food out to make sales. We would almost always be out of something, so she would go to Walmart and buy things like ranch, butter & garlic powder, oregano, turkey, cheese, avocado, and how to get around the health inspector’s technicality to put it a box labeled “employee box”. Our cutting prep table was regularly sat on, ate on, used as a desk. And I have the pictures to prove these things… And I’ll swear under the penalty of perjury that I’m telling the truth. On top of that my manager would give herself 45-55 hours a week on manager pay plus OT, and give others 15-18 hours a week at $7.50hr. She was constantly rude to customers, like telling them “come on keep going” while they were choosing vegetables. We weren’t allowed to give ANY kind of refunds for ANY reason, including if we ran out of a soda flavor, when all they bought was a diet coke. The first day I worked there she asked me for a ride home, and on the way to her hotel apartment, asked me if I “knew where to get any good weed?” that should have been my first clue this would be a horrible place to work at! I wouldn’t let my dogs eat here, it’s that bad. How this place stays open astonishes me. Without new ownership and/or new management, I give this place 6 months tops before it’s shut down.

The worker behind the counter was very polite, cheerful and accommodating to all the customers he had, as I was enjoying my lunch. You have a very personable employee and he needs to be appraised of his good work.

Absolutely the worst experience at any Subway I have ever had. I got the turkey breast sandwich and it was disgusting it’s not even actual Subway turkey. It’s turkey they bought at Walmart. Lettuce was all slimy and brown. Exactly how are you selling this nasty food to your customers? I really hope this place gets shut down. The guy working there probably hope so too he was complaining about his job the whole time while he was making my sandwich. 0 stars for sure.

Every time I get food from here its bad. I just got a sandwich from there that was delivered and half the sandwich was rotten. The spinach was soggy and disgusting, the cheese was moldy and the turkey tasted like it had turned. I’m at work or I would go get my money back, and forget about them answering the phone. They’re never busy but can’t seem to ever answer the phone.

December 27, 2021. Around 5pm. Stood there ready to order for over 10 mins. No one came out of hiding to help. Had to go elsewhere. I live less than a mile from this location but had to go to the Bryant Irvin location. Not happy.
