Out of steak. Out of spinach.
Poor attitude of woman working there. Kept leaving the line during the busy lunch break so only 1 guy was making sandwiches. She kept slamming things down like she didn’t want to be there. I hope the tip I left all goes to the man working while she disappeared.
I got back to work after picking up my online order and the bread was wrong. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if the bread they gave me wasn’t STALE. It was obviously old bread. And I’m betting they didn’t care since I would be gone by the time I opened it.
I work less than 3 miles away, but I will NEVER GO BACK. DISGUSTING!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I not only had to wait a long time but I waited and got bread from yesterday. This bread is hard and not fresh. She put so much mustard you can see it on the bread as well. I go to subway bc they claim freshness but not the case at this store

Every time we come in here for our lunch Mrs Dona Myer always has a whole attitude never wants to be here I guess, we always ask for steak she always says their out when we ask how long she then proceeds to roll her eyes and say, well I don’t know or we don’t have any. Just in general her whole demeanor is rude, never friendly and very disrespectful when speaking. Out of everyone else working here she is the only rude who starts slamming things down when asked for a specific item and a rude tone makes someone not feel welcomed or comfortable. I don’t even understand how she is a manager when doesn’t have the attitude or the capability of one!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Terrible customer service. The man working was very rude and disrespectful. Refused to make a sandwich the way it was asked because it’s not the “subway way”. He started yelling and causing a scene. The manager asked him to make it the way asked and he still refused and wanted to argue. I didn’t get his name because he was not wearing a name tag but I will 100% never go to this location again.

Placed an online order and my sub was missing the ingredients i asked for. An Italian BMT with half the meat literally. The bread was the smallest bread i have ever seen from a Subway restaurant. The size of 2 of my fingers.

Online ordered some footlongs. Came here to know their toaster is not working. So the lady rudely tells me she can’t make anymore and talks bad about the manager, to me, a customer. I asked her for refund and she said me to go to another subway or come next morning to see Marcus, the manager.

I came here today with a coupon I got in the mail to get a foot long and 6 inch with me and my friend. The manager who helped us was an older blond woman. As soon as I presented the coupon, the woman appeared frustrated and was short with us. She was shaking her head while asking us what we wanted on our sandwich, and showed disinterest in assisting us.

It is a fluke if you get good service here. Not a great stop for lunch. They are usually slammed with a line outside the door. I have had to wait for online orders to be ready after submitting it at least 15 minutes beforehand. The most recent time was today when they did not have my order ready, after I paid online, and I left the store. I don’t care that I lost $7. I didn’t want to wait for them to figure out how to do a return. This location sucks! Please do not waste your time coming here. The two stars are for the few times I actually enjoyed my food.

I went to get tea and they were out. It is lunchtime, it should be stocked
I told her and she just looked at me. So I went to get Sprite and it was out.
I ended up getting coke which had little to none syrup in it. I drank it because nothing else they had I liked .
Yes it was lunchtime but they weren’t that busy.
I may give it another chance? I don’t know.
