This location has been 90% or + EVERY time we’ve gone here. Foods is exactly how U order it! Service is extremely polite and prompt! Atmosphere is nice, easy going. CLEAN!! This location is our go to, even if it is a drive. We go every 2 weeks. Enjoyable. The staff always makes you feel welcome, greet you with smiles and attentiveness.

Clearly-waeva these employee were doing in the back…was more important than, actual customer service! Walked in- I stood at counter – employee put on gloves…and look at me*crickets chirpping* “Whatever happen beginning”Hello” customer service? Next- As yip & yap cashiers talked- cashier yip just handed me my cash & hurried away to talk to cashier yap! No “thank you” to the customer. Not surprised employees have no name tags.
With their hair hanging over food- as much as hair sheds…I wonder what’s their Health report score from the Tarrant County Food Inspector.

I ordered on the Subway app for convenience. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches. I had a special request of extra crispy bacon and cut into 3 pieces. Neither requests were fulfilled. That’s okay, people are human. My complaint is that my bacon wasn’t even heated up AT ALL!!
After I realized that, I thought I needed to call and let them know that someone there obviously doesn’t know to heat up the bacon. Of course, nobody answered the 2 times I called and let it ring until it stopped.
I really hope the owners of this location do something about this.

The lady there didn’t even toast my sandwich, I had the stake and cheese and the meat is just cold and hard, cheese is of course not melted and the lady had a really bad attitude I could even say that she was just being racist, I hope i never come back to this location if I pass tru here again

Is Subway a dying bread?..been 4 times in a month, always the same..lucky to. Find a least one person dining…put a sound system in the place invent something to bring more customers in…but still price conscientious.

Would not serve my tuna sandwich without bread. Would only charge $2 more for a plastic bowl. They can’t make reasonable changes to the menu. Even for persons with serious dietary issues.

A gentleman came in to start work but seemed more interested in being on his phone than working. I pointed out they didn’t have lids for the big cups, and he couldn’t put his phone down while looking for the lids. The lady who served us was very polite and professional

My experience at this location was 5/5 ⭐. The two young gentleman who helped my family were kind and patient with my children ordering for themselves. Everyone had a great attitude from being greeted by a sweet woman walking in the door to well wishes as we walked out. Way to go guys!
