The food is usually good, but the cleanliness and service really need attention. Every time I come here, the floors are sticky and feel gross, which makes it hard to enjoy eating inside. Also, one of the employees with braids (Black Girl that wouldn’t tell me her name) thats always here. is very difficult to understand when speaking and often comes across with an attitude. Customer service and basic cleanliness go a long way, and this location could really improve in both areas.

Angela was super amazing! Patient, kind, and most of all caring. She should amazing southern hospitality. She made all our sandwiches to perfection . Huge thanks her for all she did for us. We are now returning customers! D’Angela said it was good!

Wanted something quick to eat and stopped by here. The staff is SUPER friendly and even gave me extra toppings to make sure I got everything I wanted. Very satisfied with the food it was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Will definitely be coming back.

This is the first time I’ve been back in 2 years. Mathew did a very good job with our sandwiches and he was also very nice. He is solely the only reason I am updating my review. Good sandwich and it was made quick too! We got 2 Italian BMTs on Italian herbs and cheese and 1 6in turkey and cheese. The only issue we had was that the 6in was precut and it was definitely smaller than 6 inches. Counters were clean and so was the store. Overall I’m happy with my newest experience.

Absolute garage subway. By far the worst one I’ve been to even worse than the one on Harwood by fitness 2000. Super disappointed with one of the workers. she was Hispanic, short, grumpy, and wasn’t nice at all. The other person who was working was super sweet and friendly. My boyfriend got a sandwich with meat and I got a veggie sandwich, the person helping us didn’t change out her gloves when she made my sandwich…which is super rude and not okay. You would think they’d be more understanding and not stupid when it’s between a meat free sub and a sub with meat. We asked for the subs to be warmed up and she did put the subs in the oven for about 5 seconds…the sandwiches were still cold and not toasted. So next came the veggies, I asked for extra cucumbers but instead got less than a layer and I asked for more and she was rude about it. I asked for a little bit of mayo and she didn’t even try to keep the veggies inside when closing the sub and all of the veggies spilled out of both my boyfriend’s and my sandwich. So when we are about to pay I scan my rewards card and she decided to pay for everything with my card on file and she didn’t even ask if that was okay when my boyfriend had already told her that he was going to pay. Then after she gave us the receipt she left the sandwiches back behind the register and left!! She didn’t even give us the sandwiches or put them in a bag.

I went to this Location after doing my online order the was made incorrectly. I spoke with Diego who was amazing with listening to my sandwiches were not made correctly. Me and my wife had the best experience. It’s been a pleasure to get our sandwiches remade and we really appreciate it. And make this location as our Favorite!!

Been going to this Subway for years. Gotta say Hailey has to be the friendliest, happy and attentive to the customers of any employies I have interacted with at this location. She was running the store by herself and handled it all very well! Great job Hailey you deserve a big raise!!! Oh and the subs were great!

Have you ever woke up craving something and just knew before you went to bed that you had to have it? Well, that was me today with subway. I took a trip to this subway today to get a late lunch for my hubby and I. The staff members greeted me promptly and were super nice! Hailey was my sandwich artist and let me tell you…she knows how to make a sandwich! I was internally screaming with excitement because I was so excited to eat this sandwich Hailey literally made it to perfection and she even made sure to let me know the deal of the day which saved me some money. She was super nice, loved her aesthetic and vibes, and loved my sandwich too because I definitely took a bite before driving off! Thank you Hailey for the ultimate cravings experience lol
