I ordered three foot-long‘s. I called because one of the foot-long had no cheese and was not toasted the lady that I spoke to hung up the phone on me so I called back the young lady that answered the phone. This time said there would not be a manager until Monday and I would have to call back then. not to mention when I picked up the sandwiches, the lady that I know is the one that hung up on me was outside smoking.
I asked for the younger lady for the name of the older lady that was working with her that hung up on me, there was only two of them working and she would not tell me the other ladies name this is unbelievable customer service. It’s not my fault that the sandwich was made wrong. I order from here all the time and never complain, I will choose another Subway!

Music has been off the last 3 times in. Chip selection seems to be less and less every visit. There were two knuckle head kids laying in booths yelling at every customer who came in. The sofa fountain machine was out of half of its selections. It was also leaking all over the floor. Reach in cooler was over half empty. On top of all of this, they were out of lettuce…… who ever is in charge of this location needs to seriously manage better! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway…….

The food here is usually pretty good but too many times now, we have ordered through the app and when picking our food up the app says it’s ready but it’s not. The whole point of ordering online is so that you don’t have to wait in line for it. If the food’s not done then don’t say it’s done. If I wanted to wait in line I would just go to the store and wait in line, it’s kind of ridiculous.

After reading 37 reviews I was able to identify that a majority of them focused on a Subway at a different location which is unfair, I decided to take it up on myself to correct this discrepancy.
It is not often that I leave a 5-Star review especially for food service however this subway deserves it
Service: at approximately 5:30pm I entered the shop and was greeted with nothing but positivity and great attitude, I was served by Abby and Ayden whom both had great focus for there work and we’re in my opinion Experts, they had excellent teamwork and prioritized my meal with a manner that’s lacking in modern services. 5-stars to Abby and Ayden.
The food is excellent and prepared well, Ayden provided good conversation while maintaining focus on his task showing excellent multitasking skills.
I see Abby a few times a month and she is always smiling and has a positive attitude wether the day has been long and busy or not, a few times she has run the shift solo and provided excellent service every time.
10/10 for the Duo they work well together and provide Subway with an excellent team that focuses well on customer satisfaction.

I came in yesterday 01/15/2026 The amount of disrespect that comes from this new “managers” mouth towards her employees, Do you not fully understand the entire staff could end up walking out on you and going to file A hostile work environment on this establishment?!? Maybe that’s what I need to do go up there and explain to that poor staff that works there butts off EVERYTIME I’m in there for this women to come in disrespect and belittle them all while she is on her phone WHILE MAKING SANDWICHES my I add. Entire time I’m there she is belittling that poor young girl while she taking/making my order!! THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO GO..!!

I ordered a sandwich through the app. When I arrived they had it prepared on time. However when she grabbed the sandwich the wrapping unraveled a little bit. I didn’t give it a second thought but I guess it didnt hit her standards and she quickly re-rapped it. She was very apologetic and like I said it wasnt a big deal at all. I think it showed how this Subway has a standard they want to exceed and I can appreciate that. The sandwich itself was perfect. I will be back.
