I generally do not post reviews. But I was forced to due to my visit to this subway. I have been going to various subways from over 2 decades. But I will think twice now. The guy was rude. Extremely bad customer service and bad sandwich he made. When I asked for napkins, he appeared visibly upset and appeared as if it was so difficult for him. There was something wrong with the content of the food and/or the guy made a really bad sandwich for me to the point that I feel uncomfortable after eating it. The manager or whoever is watching them or reading this must train these guys how to behave respectfully to the customers. Absolutely awful.

I will not be going to this one again the one on university is better I only came to this one cuz it was close and I had to go to work they made my sandwich sloppy and messy didnt give me any napkins I had extra in the car thank god but I ordered the spicy Italian all the time with all the veggies and its never this messy when the ppl at the university one makes it…ive heard some bad reviews about this one and now I know why …and they didnt even but the sub in half all the way …ugh

I came to get a sandwich at the Subway on North St. in Nacogdoches. I went home and my sandwich had a piece of a plastic glove in it.. I went back and the manager gave a “I don’t care attitude” but she did give me my refund back. It would be nice if customer service could improve. I plan to visit in the upcoming month and I plan to update my review.

The unfriendliest staff I have encountered. The employee was angry I came 10 minutes before closing. The first thing that she said through the drive through intercom was “Come on man we close in 5 minutes!”. I let her know that’s true they do close soon, however, not in 5 minutes and it only takes 3 minutes to make my sandwich. She continued to take my order as sarcastically as possible and did not say anything to me at the drive through window. She should not have a job where she has to deal with the public. It’s sad but this Subway will no longer see my money if this is the type of people they like to have working for them.
