Dear Subway Management,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the behavior and professionalism of two employees during my recent visit to your restaurant. One was an older woman I believe on her 30s who consistently showed a negative attitude, and the other, Krystal the young lady, was noticeably rude and unprofessional.
After placing my order, I saw Krystal come out of the bathroom. When I went in afterward, there was a strong smell of vape smoke inside the restroom. The smell was very unpleasant and concerning. I noticed her name tag at that time, which is how I remember her name. Smoking or vaping inside the building is not acceptable, especially in a food establishment, as it compromises both hygiene and customer comfort.
Because of how Krystal handled my food, I lost my appetite. I also strongly suspect she did not wash her hands after vaping inside the bathroom, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable.
If this issue is not addressed promptly, I may be forced to report it to the local health department.
I hope Subway will take this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure a professional, hygienic, and respectful environment for all customers.

This subway refuses to sell advertised merchandise. It may be petty, but they refuse to sell the new advertised Happy Gilmore cups. They will only sell you a cup if you order online and not in store. I tried to purchase in store after the app refused to complete my order due to error (pos app does this often.) The point of this is principle. It’s not the customer’s fault you are mis managing product orders. This has always been my go to location but not anymore.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice but I watched 2 of the staff that were making the sandwiches and made my sandwich go to the restroom WITH their aprons on! I lost my appetite because that is nasty. That my reason for the low rating. Hygiene etiquette needs to be taught immediately.
