Amazing Sichuan & Hunan cuisine! We ordered the Mao Xue Wang, Twice-Cooked Pork, and Salted Egg Yolk Tofu, and every dish was incredibly flavorful and authentic. The spice level was just right and the food tasted freshly made.
The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. they even gave us an extra dish on the house, which made the experience even better. Great food, generous portions, and wonderful service. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Enjoyed lunch here. The stir fried dishes are delicious and not too greasy. We had grandma stir fried pancakes and grandma stir fried rice. And a few stir fried dishes. The Kung Pao chicken is quite different though.

Only commenting on the taste. The food was great the first 2 times back in November 2025. Got a takeout, including a Stir-Fried Sliced Pork with Jalapeno 农家小炒肉 in 2026. About half of the meat is fat. The seasoning is fine, but the ingredients didn’t taste fresh. Both of us weren’t full but stopped eating halfway. Photo is what’s left. For this dish, we paid $26 in total. I could probably throw something together quickly and it’d still taste better.

There are no misses with what we ordered. Everything was so delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The balance of spiciness and other flavors was perfect. Special shout-out to the stone pot frog was a pleasant surprise for sure. Didn’t expect it to be this good.

Solid spot for Sichuan and Hunan dishes. The fried fish is excellent – crispy exterior with tender, well-seasoned meat. The savory chicken is another standout, flavorful without being overly greasy. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable for the quality. Service is quick and no-nonsense. If you’re craving authentic Chinese flavors in the area, this place delivers. Will be back.

Really enjoyed the food at Hunan Szechuan Cuisine. The dishes were flavorful and authentic, with great spice and depth of flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh and the portions were generous. Service was friendly and the food came out quickly. Would definitely come back!

Came on a Friday evening and it was busy but not packed, which meant that we got seated right away. This was our first time here and saw it when we were at Ranch 99 so decided to stop by and try it. Their ordering is all online through QR code and ours looked to be broken so we had to scan at the table next to us and let the waiter know what happened, hopefully they fix it soon!
My spouse was happy to see the eggplant dish so we had to order that along with the tofu with century egg and the stone pot dish. The restaurant really lives up to its name and was definitely spicy, which is rare in SV. We ended up needing to order rice and drinks to help with the heat.
Overall it was a good experience, even if the inside of the restaurant was a bit plain looking. Would like to come back and try some other dishes to see how they are.
