Got a real ongoing problem with their drink machines. So much so that it completely messed up my order this evening. Thankfully Chicken was next door with food and a working drink machine. This is not a freak oh it’s not working, this is an ongoing week after week experience of which machine is broke. Well, tonight it’s both. High time to fix the problem, whether that’s a local problem or a corporate problem, it’s time to not be a problem.

The service was really good and the place was clean. The food was absolutely terrible! The meat (southwest steak) was just mush, and it tased like a canned meat paste. I will not be back for sure.

Terrible and slow. The front lady who was checking me out seemed like she was on something(Leslie I believe), she forgot to ring up 3 separate things making me have to walk back and get it rung up and everyone was just really slow which makes so sense when it’s rush hour and some people have to hurry to get to work. Lack of communication between the workers and I honestly feel sorry for them because it’s obvious management isn’t training them correctly.

Yesterday around 12:00 pm -1:00 pm we had a little family Christmas gathering the ladies that were working were so polite and made our sandwiches with such kindness and made sure they were made the way everyone ordered them the restaurant was very clean everyone was so very sweet while the kids opened their gifts we did clean up our area when we were leaving the workers told us how much they enjoyed watching the kids smile with joy we will definitely be back
