Everytime I go we get our orders wrong. Which I usually ignored but I’m writing a review because when is enough enough? Staff can be rude. But not this last visit. Child labor laws mean nothing to them but that’s another story. This time there was cross contamination with lettuce. The chicken changed (who wants cold chicken??) SO now the chicken teriyaki doesn’t come with warmed chicken. Just plain cold chicken. I asked for only the chicken to be warmed and they toasted my whole sandwich after i specifically asked them not to. Everything we order there it’s the same story with botched meals. Customer service and food handling needs to definitely have higher standards.

if you plan on coming in an hour before closing might as well go find somewhere else to eat because they’re gonna lock the doors an hour early as soon as they see you pull up with people still in the store getting sandwiches built.

Well prepared but HORRIBLY organized. All four employees were nice and very pleasant. The revenue of this store could easily be doubled maybe even quadrupled if they’d get organized.

My only complaint is that the bread was burnt.. but other than that everything was awesome!!! And idk how long they have had the raspberry cheesecake cookies but they are totally amazing!!! I went through the drive through so can not speak on the inside of the store but the outside was nice and the girl that waited on me was really sweet too!

They were busier than a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs the evening I visited via the drive thru. Even so, I didn’t have to wait too terribly long for my order (and it was ALL correct!) I think it was the manager that brought my order out, he was very apologetic about the wait. Kinda nice when somebody seems to actually care about the job they do!
