My order was ridiculously over sauced to make up for the slim portions of veggies and meat. When I say over sauced I don’t mean a little. I mean dripping, messy, had to use 12 napkins in store to wipe the bottom, top, and sides of this sandwich. Every bite I took I had to soak up more excess sauce. I spent money so I literally CHOKED it down because in this economy who can afford not to eat what they pay for? Not me. The floors and tables were all dirty and I had to get a napkin and water from the bathroom to clean the table I chose to sit at anyway. I swear you have ONE good worker (Peggy is sweet and listens) in this location. Just one, and unfortunately if you don’t WATCH someone make the sandwiches they do whatever they like. I could go on and on, but PLEASE revoke someone’s “Sandwich Artist” title, cause this is not the first time. If it was just my sandwich I could have moved on but it was both sandwiches in my order that were done this way. Disgraceful.

Easily the worst customer service in Atlanta. Not hard to understand why- as the manager that has been here forever has the worst attitude. I try to come here as little as possible, but inevitably end up back as they are the only sandwich shop in town. I don’t think anybody has ever heard of multi tasking here either. Extremely slow. It shouldn’t take 20 plus minutes just to pick up an online order.

Food quality has increased in all my recent visits to our local branch. Have been using less traditional order methods (door dash to work and curb side service) and still my order is always made fresh, quick and correct. Must admit that my order was literally wrapped up and set aside for my curb side service….and then the staff accidentally forgot me. Gave me quite a whole to watch many satisfied customers enter and exit while I still waited getting quite miffed…but the food honestly was so good that I waited before giving any review as a bad on line score makes a high star score nose dive and the crew nor store deserve what was an honest mistake. Seems to be a great deal of team work in the crew that wasn’t such a thing of some of the former crews there. Feel that in my own experience of being a customer service worker in my own professional capacity and meeting the crew on a personal one on o e basis where they are just wearing their uniform and headed in or out of workplace. That, I believe is showing in the quality of food and service offered at the Atlanta branch. Appreciate ya’ll!! Xo

I ordered in the app, it said my 2 foot long sandwiches would be done by 630pm. I arrived at 631pm, they were busy so I took a seat. At 635pm an employee placed my toasted sandwiches at the fresh ingredients and walked away to work on a different online order until almost 650pm. I walked up to the counter at 645 and was not acknowledged. Once the employee came back she still didn’t acknowledge me until I told her the food was mine. I was very disappointed at the way the place was running tonight.
Update went again, ordered on the app said it would be done at 715pm. Got there at 718pm got my food at 734pm. They were out of cookies so subbed for chips

Since i cant give zero stars guess one will do.
I’ve heard from multiple people the owners and management are beyond atrocious. There’s an etiquette to how you speak to your employees …you do not treat them like trash or purposely embarrass them in front of people let alone customers. I’m not saying everyone should coddle to employees mental health but if said issue is openly brought up and it shows concern they should not be told to just deal with it. How they are still in business is beyond me. Myself and anyone I personally know will never contribute to an establishment of the sort.

Kim definitely made our night. I didn’t catch the other two workers names. However we sat and laughed and had a good conversation while our food was being made. Definitely recommend stopping here.

Told drive thru three times how the sandwich was to be made, when we received it it was made wrong had to take it back and get the sandwich made right. Worse place , no wonder they can’t keep help. July 18, 2024 at 3 40 p an no customers was at the store. No reason for order wrong.
