The restaurant was clean and presentable. The food was good and well prepared. The only thing I can find at fault is my bread was a little hard but overall it was good.
The associates were very nice and professional. My wife and I stopped here while traveling and it was a good choice.

I realize that I went in 8:50 and they close at 9:30 but why give me a bad look when I’m a pregnant mom with a 7 month old who’s been in the hospital all day. All I wanted was some good food before I went home. They had attitudes as soon at I got out of my car until the time I left then she wouldn’t toast my sandwich, like I didn’t just see her turn it off as I walked up, why turn it off before you close anyway. And if you know anything about pregnancy you can’t have cold deli meat so now I have a hour and a half drive home to then maybe eat my sandwich if it’s not too warm from sitting in the car then heat it up myself at home with RANCH ON IT. No one wants to have to heat up their own sandwich when the are paying someone to do it for them AND I STILL TIPPED. they both had the audacity to roll their eyes and slam my bread on the counter when I stated what I wanted. I absolutely do NOT recommend the Subway.

Ordered online said my order would be ready by 6:25, pulled up at 6:32. Knew it might be a few mins more. But at 7:06 is when I get my order. Not only that, got 2 guys in the back that’s never tried to help the 2 young girls making sandwiches. Get home, neither sandwiches are right or toasted. Got a pizza sub and a Philly steak, cheese is sill cold!!! YALL GOT TO DO BETTER!!!

the food is good but the customer service? terrible specifically from that lady/man whatever she is with the ginger mustache…. her attitude is terrible & very nasty she was rushing me to order barley let me get any words out & got smart with me & rolled her eyes because i repeated MY order to make sure she heard me

I went to this Subway after doing grocery shopping on 8/9/25 @ approximately 8:30a. It was early. I decided to get me a sandwich for lunch. I was not sure if I could get a regular sandwich that early and knew at one time Subway had a breakfast menu which I did not want. I walked in and noone at the counter. When the girl came to the counter you could tell it annoyed her that I was even there. I asked her if I could get a regular sandwich. She waved her arms around in a very smart rude manner and said ” It is a sandwich shop” like I was stupid. I said that I knew at one time Subway did a breakfast menu. She mumbled something and then ask me what I wanted. I have never encountered such a rude person in food service. It is apparent that she hates her job. Mangement needs to reign her in and teach her how to treat the customers. I will not return to this Subway.

Placed an online order last night that was supposed to be ready at 7:15. I arrived early to get the order which wasn’t an issue. I waited over an hour to get that order. My first sandwich was given to someone else despite that I arrived early to pick it up. The sandwich I ended up with was cold and hard. The customer service was not great at all. Subway use to be great now every time I go the experience is worse than the one before that.

Usually very good. Had to go to drive up, dinning area closed. I did not ask for jalapenos but they were on my turkey sub which made me sick I will not go again unless I can watch them make my sandwich and correct them if they are making it wrong.

Placed my order standing in line, a nother customer behind me they told her to move in front of me. They did, my sandwich is now ready I’m waiting for them to now pay about 3 minutes pass. I finally get to check out I told lady I wanted a discount because they put someone in front of me. Lady said well their order was ready told her I don’t care I was in before her not only that she just paid my sandwich was ready and waiting for me. My point is first come first serve ….
