10/10 worst subway experience ever!!!!

I got 2 footlong subs here. Monday evening

The tall employee doesn’t seems to understand/speak any English, but her attitude and killing intend translated just fine. Every time I asked for extra items, she shoke her head and made sure I saw that she was annoyed. ( I don’t understand why they choose her to interact with customers anyway)

Both subs are cold and cheese didn’t melt on either!

Veggies are chopped extramly poorly, for example, I had a piece of oinion that was 2.5×1.75 inches!

When she was warrping up the subs, she throw away the veggies that spilled over with my wrapping paper after I told her I want to keep them. So, at least 20% of my veggies ended up in the trash and I didn’t have anything to hold my sub with. Also, sauce soaked through the outter wrapper.

I never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed in any establishment ever in my life! I would’ve been more comfortable eating a stake at the table full of vegans.

Extremely disappointed with the service today. Came in & was only 1 of 2 customers that were waiting on orders. Wasn’t greeted & tried to tell one lady the other employee was most likely working on my order. She brushed me off & said one moment and continued on with the order she was making. When the employee finished my order, she said here ya go. And I hesitated to take the order & was confirming it was for me. Felt like I was more of an inconvenience to be there. My daughter desperately wanted Subway tonight & I was starving. Definitely not worth the $25 & I will convert my daughter to a different sub shop here in Melissa closer to our house.

I got to the subway at 8:30pm, 30 mins before they close on a Friday night. When I walked up to the door it was already locked, lights on and an employee counting the money in the register not making any eye contact. Who knows how early they actually locked the door before I got there. Terrible experience and honestly don’t know how they have jobs when they can’t do something as simple as follow their posted hours. I can understand like 10 mins or something but a full half hour is absurd! Terrible management here and I hope the store owner starts to actually take steps to remedy it.

My Niece &daughter there today around 2.30 and got the most horrible service. A man who is the manager was very aggressive and rude. He was rushing their orders and some point he told them “to hurry up he got other things to do”! They even nicely asked if he was ok and he walked off to the back no response .He then came back and smashed the bread aggressively, slammed toppings anyhowly while rolling his eyes. On their way out ,he sarcastically told them “to have a nice day”.At this point my niece had to say something but remained respectful.The Sandwiches looked horrible so they had to drive back to return them. Luckily ,they found a very kind lady (Jorda) who made them fresh sandwiches . The lady Manager who spoke to my niece on the phone was pleasant too.To that horrible man whose name Starts with R.. (they didn’t get his full name) Don’t work in service industry with such an attitude . Your bullying behavior especially towards little girls was uncalled for.

You should hire people who speak English! If your people can’t understand or speak English, how do you expect them to make a sandwich correctly? I used to eat hear 3 to 4 times a week, but if things don’t change, I will not return!

Me and my family of 3 walked in and our experience was terrible. We asked this lady for 2 toasted footlongs with turkey and provolone cheese. She took maybe 15 minutes when there was nobody else in the store. she stood there for a good 5 minutes not doing anything and waiting for the other lady who spoke english, but was not helpful. i got so tired i had to sit down in the resturaunt while my mom was standing there waiting for her to use her simple knowledge (which she didn’t have). She also would not make eye contact with us and started doing other projects like taking out bread of the oven, putting gloves on and off, and trying for 3 minutes to separate this cheese. If you come here, be prepared to wait for 15 minutes and be treated terrible! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

The problem here is the person making the sandwiches. I came at 8pm when the store was empty and the lady took 10 minutes to make one single sandwich. Sloppy preparation, ingredients not well placed inside of the bread. Management needs to make adjustments and train their staff properly

The portions and ingredient quality at this location have been disappointing. I have visited multiple times hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately the results have been consistently the same. The ingredients are added very sparingly, and the overall preparation and presentation appear careless.

I have been ordered the same sandwich for the past 10 years and have never had it made so sloppy. New workers need sandwich making lessons. Protein on one side and topping on the other. Felt like I was eating two different sandwiches the whole time. Also have had multiple issues with language barrier.
