I ordered 2 grilled chicken footlongs with added avocado and extra toasted. Well I didn’t receive the avocado in either sandwich nor were they extra toasted reason for 2 stars. I paid extra for 2 sandwiches not just one. Will not be returning here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter and I went to subway on mother’s day and we ordered online. When I got home I took a bite and pulled out a long piece of hair and I was so disgusted I went back to the location and asked for a refund he said I can do it myself and when I asked him how he said “I don’t know” he than offered to make me another hair sandwich n I refused they were very rude.

After visiting the Subway on Cartwright several times recently, this location is a fresh breath of air and worth the drive further for us. This location displayed a great level of service and the staff was knowledgeable in what they were doing. They had all the sub toppings we needed and looked fresh. Highly recommend this Subway location!

If i could give this place 0 i would i ordered a steak egg and cheese and received a steak and ham?? with raw bacon and old cheese that was old and stuck together. my order was completely un-toasted even after adding that i am PREGNANT so there was RAW BACON on my sandwich as well… i worked at subway myself from the age of 15-20 years old i know how things should be done and this isnt how i expected it shows the workers are careless and definitely dont clean and prep correctly im completely unsatisfied with the service and seeing a that ill have to go tot he er bc im 20 weeks pregnant and ate raw meat due to my employees not following simple instructions. on the receipt its states you can reach out to someone named Carolyn Saintclair yet there is no contact info.

Service so slow you’ll freak. The manager was using one of the tables for her office. She didn’t even look at me when i walked in and stood there. Then i waited for about 5 minutes and there was no one serving customers. Finally, one lady came out from the back and began speaking to the manager, but no one ever greeted me or served me, or took my money, or the customer in front of me who had already been waiting a few minutes. The lazy manager has a pretty terrible attitude if you ask me, so it kind of makes me not want to go back. It was a waste of my time even coming here when we have other places to be. Some people work for a living instead of just ignoring the customers.

Assuming the Hispanic manager is longer here? Had difficulty understanding the new help repeated myself several times and no personality or greeting nothing like before. The room is warm last time coming here and the meat & vegetables don’t seem fresh. Going to subway on 80 and -belt line It’s clean, greetings, well stocked, happy facial expression and it’s very comfortable temperatures at least spend my $20 there and get something worth my money.

09/04/2025: today the service was exceptional. The worker made sure to get my order right, and completed 3 footlongs in a timely manner. No only that, he filled up my sandwiches to the brim. The workers were very kind and polite. Very satisfied!

This by far the worst subway I have ever been to an I tried to give them the benefit of doubt an tried them again months later and it’s still the same,I believe they are Indian owned but now have Hispanic workers,they give u a tiny roll with barely anything in it for a sub sandwich,they just need to close this location and when I asked what kinda sandwich is this they wouldn’t give my money back,unfortunately my son went for me this time smh an they was out of bread an fountain drinks,only had Dr Pepper an Italian herb and cheese bread smh

The food was horrible, but the manager was the worst part of it all. That man does not know how to talk to people. I saw someone in front of me getting into an argument with the manager, and the manager was in the wrong. The customer was explaining that his moblie order was incorrect and the manager told him oh well he needs to wait. That was unnecessary, and i felt bad for the customer. The manager did start cursing in spanish and was being mean and horrible towards everyone. Never again will i come back here. I will literally drive an extra 20 mins to get a good sub, i will not be back until that manager is gone. He was just wrong over all. Never seen someone talk down to a person like that.
