Got charged for water and lied to about what the manager is named.
I had to go through corporate to get any help, as I was lied to when I called in.
The sandwich was good and made well. I tipped the guy on card so he would get the tip, but the whole “charging for water” thing pissed me off. He didn’t offer me a water cup, he offered me a paid cup. I took what I was offered, not what I ordered.
Management contacted me after I contacted corporate. He seemed irritated that I would complain, but is supposed to refund me the charge.
I’ll update if it doesn’t happen.

Steak & provolone on the cheese herb bread, toasted then add the salad on top! They took away the creamy Italian so I get it topped off with the Vandalia onion dressing.

The sandwich itself was actually pretty good. The service was OK. There were no smiles nothing welcoming from either ladies. They acted like they did not want to be there and I got three cookies for dessert after our sandwich and they were hard and taste like they have been cooked days before with the container left open they were so dry and it was 1030 11 o’clock in the morning. I tried calling but of course they didn’t answer.

Probably the BEST Subway around! I got tired trying to go to my local Subway because they always got everything wrong! However, this Subway location is different. They go above and beyond wrapping each sub neatly, and the packaging looked like a present! The people working there need a raise! They always get my order correct from mobile orders. I highly recommend this one out of the rest! Good job and I will be coming back every time!

I clearly told them exactly what I wanted to order. I never touched any chips or opened the cooler. I specifically asked for a footlong churro and three cookies—nothing more. When I explained how I wanted my cookies, the employee was very disrespectful. My total came to $14, but when I checked the receipt, I saw I had been overcharged for two bags of chips and two sodas that I never ordered. Then the cashier had the audacity to ask if I wanted to keep the chips and drink. If I wanted them, I would have ordered them in the first place.

When it came time for a refund, the employee, Liz, was clearly unprepared and unprofessional. She tried to give me cash, even though I had paid with a card. I told her I didn’t want cash, but she responded with attitude, as if the mistake wasn’t her fault. To make matters worse, she refused to refund the amount to my card and insisted the refund had to be in cash. Meanwhile, another employee, Heather, kept staring at me uncomfortably, even though I never interacted with her.

The whole experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied. However, after I reluctantly accepted the cash refund, Liz loosened up towards the end. All of a sudden, she became nice and more chill.

Do not allow your teenage children to work at this establishment! When they see that their employees are no longer needed they don’t give them any verbal nor written notice beforehand, they will send them a text message that they are no longer needed. Who does this?!!!
The management is terrible. Maria and Willie are unprofessional, rude, and lack people management skills. It seems like they were trained by the store manager Dan, who is also not much better. They never have any adults working there, as they prefer to work morning shifts and leave the kids there unsupervised. I had to intervene to protect my son from a man who was harassing him, and the management did nothing to help. When I brought this issue up with Maria and Dan, Dan seemed more concerned about losing customers than ensuring the safety of his employees. This subway has a high turnover rate and I clearly now see why.

Don’t go to this subway! A young Hispanic girl working there with red highlights had the audacity to call the cops on a customers because she got frustrated when the customers ask, “what type of cookies are in the tray.” imagine servers are always rude and they take it out on customers
