Do not eat here. Employees do not wash their hands after using the restroom. Witnessed it first hand and was rudely shrugged off by employees. Will be speaking with the manager on wednesday. I have worked in food service for 5 years and that is disgusting and unacceptable to use the bathroom and not wash your hands before returning to work!! There is literally a sign in the bathroom saying employees are REQUIRED to wash before going back to work.

Horrible customer service I asked for Multigrain not white also asked for 6 in and got a ft long. The foot long wasnt that big of a problem it was the white bread that was the problem. I dont eat white bread. Waste of money. When I noticed the mistake and called them they where outright rude to me on the phone. They didn’t even offer to fix their mistakes. Instead they put all the blame on me for not noticing until I got to my clients house. They even called me rude for pointing out their mistakes. They also hung up on me twice over the phone. Even when I was able to return the sandwich uneaten in person they still wanted to just make Excuses and not even offer to fix the mistake. The whole Ordeal cost me the chance of having dinner tonight. It also cost me $11.10 right now every penny has to count. I don’t eat past 8pm. So now I will be going to bed hungry.

This Subway is in a gas station. It looks clean inside. Over a miscommunication, this older hispanic lady was rude to my husband. This is the second time. My 10 year old was telling me,”mom she keeps glaring at me, she is making me very uncomfortable.” This is really not ok to be this way towards a kid. Our youngest, her pizza was burnt. Many drinks were watered down, and something floating in my son’s water. We would of asked to have the pizza redone,but didnt want them to be rude to us again. We understand people have bad days, but we are not coming back to this location.

I presented the staff with a coupon before ordering and they made a big deal of it….after going in the back to speak.to the manager about it, they stated that they weren’t taking coupons at the time…they were very sketchy so I didn’t even order. 2nd time I left this establishment without ordering, the 1st time the 2 ladies(workers) were eating lunch in the dining area and when I walked in, they immediately got , they got up, went behind the counter and asked, extremely rudely, what do you want, I sak them to wash their hands, refusing, they asked me to leave.

If I could rate this 0 stars I definitely would. I attempted to file a report on this location but never got feedback or anything resolved about this. We did a pickup for 2 foot longs and one cookie, both of our sandwiches were cold as if they weren’t toasted and had a weird texture to it.. I let it go because hey, maybe it’s just a bad day for subway. I get to my cookie…… and I found a plastic wire/string in my cookie!! Good thing I was paying attention because I really could’ve eaten it. All they told me was that they were sorry and that it wouldn’t happen again. Which he was right about that, it WONT happen again because I will never come back here again. If you’re hungry for subway, I advise you guys to go elsewhere.

I’ve only eaten here once but visited twice. The first time I placed the order online and picked up. No issue there. The second time the bread wasn’t cool so we walked the store for twenty minutes then came back. Still not cool. No one knew how long it would take. We had to settle for McDonald’s.
