Today I stopped by for a quick lunch. I come here often and never have issues, but today was different. The woman who took my order (I believe she may be a manager, possibly Hispanic) informed me that the flatbread was discontinued, which wasn’t a problem. The issue began when she tried to place a whole slice of cheese only in the center of my sandwich. When I asked if she could break it up, she did, but she complained and started discussing company policy and how they “send it now.”

As we continued, she had me pay before the sandwich was even completed. I didn’t mind, but once it finished toasting and she asked about sauces, I told her I wanted my veggies first. With clear irritation, she said they can’t do that anymore because of complaints about sandwiches being “sloppy.”

At that point, I asked for a refund because it was obvious she was not having a good day, and disagreeing with a paying customer about how they want their sandwich is not good service. It’s disappointing that this location would rather refund a customer than simply fix the issue. I was respectful the entire time, yet I was treated as if I was the problem.

I ended up going to the Subway next to Family Dentistry on Campus Wisdom and had absolutely no issues. They prepared my sandwich exactly how I wanted it.

My poor mom was hot and hungry. She just wanted a small tuna sub. I am appalled she told me she did not like her sandwich and was so upset she could cry. I said it can’t be that bad and when I saw the bread of the sandwich I was shocked they would give her flaky, rotten and too soft of bread. I had to take a bite. This sandwich was spoiled. My mom wasted her money and we live 30 mins away . She was so hot, she did not check her sandwich and just wanted to get home . I see why people no longer go to subway. The quality of the food went down . I would have never made this review but my mom wasted her money and was so happy to try subway again, after not eating it for years. I have the service a 1 star because I called to speak to a manager and non of the phone numbers work.

This particular Subway is outstanding I drive 6 MI and pass several to go to this one because they keep it so clean the people seem happy to work there can they make beautiful sandwichesTonight I was telling the girl that I had not seen before how far I come and that I’m a Google guide and then I always give this store how marks and it is a shame that I passed by so many because they’re unkept and the people that work there act like they don’t even want to be there and she surprised me when she told me that she was the manager of this one now and her name is Cindy. She was so kind and sweet I told her that she would be seeing more of me and told her my story of loving this particular one. If anyone in Duncanville wants to go to a really good Subway they need to go to that one! You would think that they’re all exactly alike but they really are not they may have all the same stuff but it’s the people’s personality that wait on you quickly and cleaning up after themselves and making the sandwich look nice instead of sloppy I would give them 10 Stars if I could

This location is terrible especially with customer service. They should greet people with a smile and instead you are greeted with an attitude. Why do people hate their jobs? The place was literally empty and yet I had to wait an additional 10 mins for my sub after having ordered online. Owners need to get better management. This place sux!!

Refusal to make online orders, waiting on a response from management.
The employee said their printer didn’t print it so they wouldn’t honor the online order with proof it was ordered, paid for, and at the correct location.
No solution was offered and subways internal order fix is frustrating to say the least.

I tried to order online & really couldn’t figure it out. The sweet young lady behind the corner was not only patient but she served us with a genuine smile & told me about the new game changer-“sandwich croutons” head blown (I want those on every sandwich for the rest of my life). It’s funny how folks experience different things. Everything was so random & impromptu today including coming here…Subway made for a wonderful lunch/dessert dine in experience. We’re full and chef’s kiss satisfied. And you know those oatmeal raisin cookies are hitting on everything!!

10/19/21 I will never eat here again. First I will like to say I pulled up around 8:50pm tonight and the young lady who made eye contact with me saw I was about to come in ,but she still proceeded to attempt to mop the floors upon my arrival.. I came inside walked past her and stood at the counter to be greeted. She went behind the counter and started putting gloves on. She was just holding a mop and a bucket of water and instead of washing her hands she started putting gloves on. I asked her to wash her hands first and she said okay that’s when I saw the young man he came from the back and came out to wash his hands and proceeded to help me instead. The young lady went back to start her mopping when the young man told her to put a wet floor sign out for customers to see. These were my red flags here and I should’ve left as soon as I saw them but instead I decided to give them a second chance so I ordered my food paid and left. When I got home to eat my food I immediately could taste the bread was old and stale as if it had been sitting there all day or night and the turkey on my sandwich was also old and had a horrible smell to it. I am very upset and disappointed with the service this franchise provided. I will never eat here again. You would think that after a pandemic you would make sure your store is up to par to remain in business but it’s obvious you could care less. This franchise should not be in business especially since you don’t have the decency to follow food regulations and guidelines

I order delivery & the only plus was that it was delivered before expected. I ordered baked lays and received classic ones. The sandwich came with tomatoes, which I didn’t order & so much sauce! To top it off, I ordered a Sprite and received no drink with my order. Tried to call the restaurant like the app states if I have an issue with my order and there’s no answer.
