This place has the best pizza I’ve ever tried in my entire life. The customer service was smooth and amazing. I would recommend everyone to try this place at least once.

This place used to be good, left meat off our pizza.spaghetti was burnt and dry.Called and the person that answered made no attempt to refund our money. We had already waited over an hour. Never again !!! Do not waste your money on this place.

We stopped here for my son’s birthday dinner and ordered the Cajun Chicken Alfredo pizza and Lasagna. And for desert chocolate cake, red velvet cheesecake, and tiramisu. It was absolutely delicious. The boys devoured the pizza and I still had salad, breadsticks and Lasagna leftover. The Lasagna was more sauce heavy than cheesy but it was very good. I would go there again. As for the atmosphere it is literally a hole in a wall about 10ft wide.and maybe 10 feet from door to ordering. It’s definitely like a cute mom and pop place and is very much more a takeout than a dine in. I only deducted the 1 star primarily for the extension cords that dangled from the ceiling and daisy chained multiple plugs. Then there were pallets of soda next to the refrigerator but if that’s my only complaint it’s definitely a place I’d go to again. And it is very reasonably price and the service was great!

After a long day of travel, I asked the front desk at my hotel the best place to eat or have food delivered, and I was handed a menu to order from my room. Finally got settled, relaxed, and still hungry… I followed up on my order to find out that it had been canceled via email, and they’re unable to deliver.

It is unfortunate for the hotel to recommend food to guests only to find out it can’t be delivered.

The food is good, there’s no doubts there. We’ve had wings, pizza, calzones, salads, never had any issues and it’s always delicious. I highly recommend them over the local nightmare of Pizza Hut.
But my issue is pricing. Their menu in the store says a large specialty pizza is $15.99, but ordering on their website it is $19.36. Looking around at the other things they sell and most are marked up $2, $3, or more. Why am I paying a $3.99 delivery fee if you’re going to mark up all your prices on the food simply because I order online? There’s no difference to you guys whether I order online or I go in and order, you’ve just been ripping myself and others off for no reason.

Staying at Laquinta Inn in Smyrna, TN. Doordash delivered order that was placed through Roma’s web site. Order was about an hour late. COLD. Delivery lady couldn’t run from door fast enough, was apologizing for being late. Well, Roma Manager refused responsibility even though he admitted the door dash driver stood around for at least “10 minutes” after picking up order. Roma’s refuses to take any responsibility. Manager is a piece of work doing all he can to not be a Manager. AND, even though the lasagna was cold, it was so overloaded with sauce it was gross. I requested refund, of which the Manager refused to honor and told me to call Door Dash, however he could not give me their contact information. Guess I am out $41 for cold food delivered late as Manager will not step and be a Manager. DO NOT ORDET FROM ROMA’S. THEIR FOOD IS NOT GOOD, MANAGER IS NOT A MANAGER. AND I OUT $41, even though the front desk at the hotel recommended Roma’s. I will visit with person at front desk to not recommend them again. Incredible.

Very disappointed with my recent visit. I don’t typically go to this pizza place, and this experience confirmed why. I arrived at the restaurant at the designated pickup time—when the order was marked as ready—but was completely ignored by the staff. I waited 45 minutes before receiving any part of my order, and even then, it was incomplete. I had to wait even longer for the rest of the food to. Overall, the service was unprofessional and inefficient. I will not be ordering from this location again.
