Rude is all I can say. There was a lady working and she was arguing with me over a coupon malfunction. Claiming I’ve already used it when I just cut it out of the ad page. I do not recommend going to this place. Their staff is just rude and will yell and argue with you. Claiming their coupons are based on management well subway if that’s the case stop sending coupons out some of us single parents live on coupons to get by… only send coupons in our area…

worst food ever. the manager will not return calls and their corporate office will not respond. Been calling and emailing for weeks now with no reply. Came in to order to go. They were very light on everything including meats didn’t do full scoops on meats. We asked for double meat due to the small scoops and they still only filled the scoopers half way. The employees only talked to each other when we were there. I won’t be returning to this location

I placed an order online and when I called the store, they had no record of it. They gave me a number to the store manager but unfortunately it must of been his personal cell phone and I never received a call back. Once I arrived at the store the person on duty was still baffled as I pulled up and showed her the order on my phone. A few minutes later after looking at the receipt on the counter, she found it. I personally would advise going elsewhere if you enjoy Subway. They seem to be disorganized at this location. Food wise it wasn’t anything special. The wife ordered the cheese steak and ended up throwing the whole foot long away. She said it just didn’t taste good and the texture of the meat was nasty.

The customer service at this place is appalling. I ordered two sandwiches online today and they were both made completely wrong. I paid money for extras that didn’t get put in the sandwiches. I called to see about a refund and nobody answered the phone until an hour and a half later. They told me that they were busy so they couldn’t answer the phone, that is not how you do things, you answer the phone and ask if they can hold. Then when talking to whom ever answered the phone, I was rudely told they don’t have the time to deal with me because they were busy. Overall this is the worst Subway I have ever been to in terms of customer service. If I decide to do business with Subway again, it will be at a different location.
