At around 6pm on Monday evening.

Older Women shook her head the moment I walked in. Instead of greeting she went behind the computer. To top it off she responded with yelling. WHAT DO YOU WANT. Blaming she is there by herself. At this point I told don’t even worry about it she said ok and she had absolutely no problem customer leaving. I asked her name and again she Yelled Maria. Probably not her name.

This has to be the worst customer service ever received from subway.

Me and my child stopped in there today to get sandwiches, and the worker was very rude and very disrespectful clanking the broom extra loud stating that she was the only one here we need to give her a second which is completely understandable if she was saying it in a nice tone it’s okay to be stressed out, but it’s not okay to take it out on customers and then when I proceeded to give her the order, she couldn’t hear me so I repeated it again stating that I wanted a kids meal, Blackforest ham and a 6 inch Italian BMT. All she heard was 6 inch Italian BMT in kids meal and stated that they didn’t do that, but that’s not what I said to her, and I repeated it twice after but since she was so frustrated she could not take my order properly at that point I proceeded just to leave so that I wouldn’t case a scene a flip out on her and there would be no futher confrontation. I left without ordering. And came to the location on Buckingham instead.

At 8:20 PM—well before closing time at 9:00 PM—my teenage daughter (age16) entered this establishment. Upon walking in, she was immediately yelled at by an employee named “ANNA,” who barked, “WHAT DO YOU WANT? WE ARE CLOSING SOON.”
When my daughter calmly asked what the special was, Anna snapped back with, “It’s only teriyaki, so what do you want?”—rushing her and offering no time to decide. Intimidated and visibly shaken by the aggressive tone, my daughter left the restaurant and returned to the car in tears.
Naturally, I went inside to understand what had just happened. I was met with the same hostile attitude: “WE ARE CLOSING SOON, WHAT DO YOU WANT?” I asked Anna if this was how she typically addressed customers, to which she responded with a smirk and said, “YEAH, SOOOO WHAT DO YOU WANT?”
Let me be very clear: this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I have worked in customer service for years, and I know what respectful service looks like—this was the exact opposite. Anna’s tone, attitude, and complete disregard for basic courtesy were not only inappropriate but also deeply concerning. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on your business and should not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Me and my wonderful family walk into subway at 7:17. He asked us did we have an online order twice after we said no he already had an attitude when we first walked in. Once he started walking towards to start making the sandwiches he slammed open the case that covers the ingredients. He started making the sandwiches with a lil sassines and attitude. My mother told him she didn’t want it toasted and he didn’t listen and he just put it in their and she said I didn’t want it toasted he took it out and slammed it on the counter. After that he coughed without covering his mouth and continued making the sandwiches. He wrapped up the sandwiches while still coughing everywhere without covering his mouth. My mother said she didn’t want her sandwiche no more because all the germs that were on the sandwich he got mad. He tried to give to give the sandwich that was coughed on to the customer behind us. He said out loud anyone have turkey he said yeah and the customer wanted two different meats on his sandwich the employee unwrapped my mom sandwich and he open and looks like he was about to use the coughed on sandwich for the next customer order. We walked out after. It was not a good experience it was very disgusting and will not be going back.

Apparently they don’t like walk-in customers here. I walked in to order a simple sandwich. Woman behind the counter yelled something I didn’t understand. She went to pick up a phone order. I told her I was here to order a sandwich. She got pissy with me and told me I was standing in the wrong spot. I haven’t been in this store for several years. Instead of waiting on me, she stopped to answer the phone and rudely told me she was taking the phone order first. At that point I turned and walked out. I will not be back. No way to run a retail business.

Maria has terrible customer service. Was here at 8:00pm and she told me to leave because she had to clean and that she didn’t have time to do her freaking job.

I don’t expect much, especially from this subway. Walked in, guy just stood there, had to say something to him or we would have just been looking at each other for who knows how long. Didn’t want to give me receipt or hand me my sandwich. Manager just stood by and watched. Don’t accept coupons which is annoying. Guy with no costumer service is Shane. Rudest guy ever.

Not great service, they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in, prepare food at the slowest pace possible, aren’t busy, I can’t imagine how bad it is when they are busy. Finally when acknowledged, I said I was picking up an order, she said it doesn’t have to be ready until a certain time, um okay- but if you arent busy wouldn’t you try to prepare it when I’m already there? Found out she was working on it, which they could have just said that rather than making me think I have to stand around for 7 more minutes in an empty store. I’ll drive to Buckingham and north garland from now on
