Every single time I’ve been there I got no meat on my sub hardly. So this time I made sure I got extra meat only to get nothing else hardly on it, its the hot shot italiano. This is a sad sub I aint gonna lie. Not to mention they have no clue how to even make it we had to explain it the last 2 times yet its on the menu WITH PICTURES. I hardly ever leave reviews so for me to do this says alot about what ive been getting here.

These Two Friends, (wish I could remember names) were so friendly and fun to be around!! You guys made the experience feel like when I was a manger at BP Subway, in Nanty Glo back in the day!! I’d like to acknowledge Chris and the two Ladies he works with during day shift hours. I have a 91 year old Great Aunt who loves Subway and orders a specific sandwich – Chris has nailed down this sandwich and truly puts love in to making it. Quality customer service is truly hard to come by, but Chris and the ladies at this location have restored my faith that it’s out there! Keep up the amazing work!

I am writing this review to thank the wonderful employees at this location! On Sunday 10/18/2020 around 4pm I was lost and my phone had no service. I stopped at McDonald’s, a bar in that area and everyone I could find shopping and no one would let me use their phone until I came across the fine young man at this Subway. He graciously let me use the phone, he made sure I was safe by wiping the phone down before and after I used it. He was very professional, kind, and understanding of my situation and I am very thankful. I was in full Halloween costume and makeup and he still did not hesitate to make sure I had a phone to use. He deserves to be recognized and I could kick myself for not getting his name but I was very distraught at the time. He was working at 4pm so it should be easy to figure out who he was and recognize him as a great employee. We in the service industry don’t get enough good reviews so I wanted to make sure I posted this and hopefully he will see how very grateful I was. This is at the Subway in Windber, PA at 200 21st St.
