We visited the store around 8.45pm in the night. The store was clean and well maintained. Clean restrooms. Standard subway options were available. The service was also good. There was only one person doing the work so it was little slow. They were able to accommodate our requests to cut the subs to smaller size for kids.
All veggies are available. They were not serving soups.

I placed an app order, had issue with app that ordered the wrong sandwich. The staff was very patient while we got the sandwich corrected on the app and resubmited to get the discount I had originally put on there. Once I put a request for refund in online, The regional manager was great and quick to respond to get me a refund for the wrong sandwich. I really appreciate your their help!

This morning I visited the store around 9am and I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to the girl working the counter. She listened carefully to my order, and made sure everything was fresh and accurate. It’s always nice to see someone who takes pride in their work.

Went 10 minutes ago, got a foot long on Italian bread, came home to find a black and extremely long hair all over the bottom of the sandwich bread. Took it back and the gentlemen at the counter was nice and apologetic and remade my sandwich, but you could tell it was the woman who works there’s hair. She has her hair in a bun but no hair net on which is against health code. Im a manager in a different type of food so I get that things happen, but you can expect mistakes when you dont even do the bare minimum that the health department requires which is a hat or a hairnet at all times. This location is closest to my house but I won’t be returning.

Other than one of the soda machines having been broken for months and long, slow lines fairly often when I stop by, this is a great location. They keep things clean and are generally pretty friendly.

If I could leave no stars I would. I paid for an order on Saturday, didn’t receive it. Filed a complaint, it went ignored. Called the store several times. They refuse to answer the phone, and you can’t leave a voicemail because their messages are full. Truly dissatisfied with the level of customer service and overall quality of professionalism from this establishment.
