They messed up my online order but that’s not such a big deal. The problem came when I tried to get it fixed. I paid for extras that I didn’t receive, and the sandwich I got had things on it I didn’t order. I was told there was nothing they could do about refunding me for the things I didn’t receive unless I got back in my car and drive 45 minutes back to the store. The kid I talked to on the phone set me off when I told him it wasn’t worth driving that far and his response was “cool”.

I ordered online then 3 min after yall I get Zhe conformation the store called and said they only have flat bread or wheat bread and I said cancel order they said they can’t do It I have to cancel but as ecrrypke knows u can’t cancel online order the store is responsible. So go down there and

I always get the same sandwich and this location is the worst. Subway in Roland OK you will get 3x the meat on the same sandwich.

We took them home and ate. Within a hour he got really sick. He was sick that whole day and part of the next.

I pulled in the drive thru at 11:23. I ordered my food at 11:36. At 11:46 I drove away without my food. Understaffed. Not the employees fault, maybe the management needs to schedule better or hire more employees. It’s better to be over staffed then under.
