Staff is usually pretty pleasant at this location other than a few exceptions. Drinks are generally made as they should be. Other locations occasionally serve subpar quality drinks (not blended enough, or wrong ingredients), this location however seems to consistently have good product quality when I order here. I recommend going to this location.

While I was visiting at home for Christmas I took my two great-grandchildren for a little coffee and hot chocolate stop. They had cake pops the staff was wonderful, their Uncle Grant is always fun to see, the kids enjoy watching him work.

I have a drink that I get almost daily in my home town and have gotten it in other areas. I went over the specifics with them showing them the drink on the app as i didn’t see it on the menu. I was told they could do it. When they handed it to me and it wasn’t blended I apologized and asked if I could get it blended as that’s what I had asked for. The girl was rude and told me that the drink doesn’t come blended. A couple of the girls started to make fun of me for using the app. “That’s whats wrong with that app… I wish people wouldn’t use the app. These drinks aren’t a thing” laughing and going on for a while. I said if it’s too much trouble I could just get my money back. The one girl said it was ok and asked them to blend it. The other girl refused and gave it back to her to do. They then continued to make fun of me. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so horrible at any coffee establishment or restaurant for that matter. I never went back nor will I ever again if I ever stay in the area again. I got my daily coffee while there at Scooter’s. Which I highly recommend as they were super friendly and kind.
