I was the only customer and had to wait several minutes while the 2 girls were talking. As I was fixing to leave, they decided to wait on me. It was 5 pm and they should have been preparing for dinner customers, yet only had 4 loaves of bread, almost no tomatoes and had to refill the dressing bottle to prepare my sandwich. The girl did not listen to my order and I had to correct her as she was making it. I left without a sandwich as they did not have the ingredients to make it. I will not be back!

Place has gone down the drain since under new supervision. They can’t keep people and the place is a mess. They never have bread. They need to bring back Francisca she was always so nice and worked with her employees and taught them how things should be done and she was nice to customers. These people in there now need training and structure with no manager you would think the supervisor would be in there more helping her team but I have never seen her

So I went in with a very complicated request and the young lady went 100 extra miles to fulfill it!!! I just wanted the chicken strip meat in a bowl so I could add the rice and beans I brought! She took the rice and beans and put them on the oven thingy and heated them up because they didn’t have a microwave, then chopped up some green pepper for me to add to it….. hands down Seminole subway gets 5 stars!!!!

I usually love subway and go to this location a lot. But it always seems to be out of their bread, the soda machine and the toaster doesn’t work. I understand some thinks break but I know there shouldn’t be any excuse running out of all bread except wheat around the lunch time which is one of the busy times for subway. My boss would have been mad if I didn’t make sure the store was up to date.

I was very impressed! I haven’t been in here I’m quite a while because of past poor service… but tonight I went in and was very pleased! Sierra and Zoey were super sweet and had really good vibes! I will definitely be back.

The only downside was that there was only one employee working at the time. Definitely wasn’t a deal breaker considering she was the first subway employee that made it perfect since we moved to Oklahoma. She didn’t over saturate my wrap with any of the dressing like every other subway that I’ve been to. Five stars to whoever trains their employees at this location as well.

I love this subway the manager is a great warm loving guy but I love coming at night Bridgette is so funny and she knows how to make a sandwich she listens to you…. One time I remember when I forgot to activate my new debit card she got her own money and paid for my meal sandwich cookies and all…. she tries.to put a smile on your face…… real sweet woman. Tonight was not a good night… my husband and I brought our boys in there to eat dinner and watched as a male co-worker absolutely degrade her treat her like garbage and talked real awful to her. That is not right at all and especially in front of your customers I tried calling the number on the receipt but no answer I just want this location to know to know that man should be punished he should not have done that. I feel horrible for her.. Other than that man I love this subway my favorite fast food spot to eat in Seminole.

Went in Subway about 11:45 am on Sunday. There was no one else in the place except for me. Two employees were busy filling an order I assume was called in to the restaurant. Neither employee greeted me or acknowledged my presence during the 10 minutes I waited. Neither employee said a word to indicate how long I would have to wait before I received service. Finally, I just left the establishment. Whoever the manager is should teach his/her employees how to greet customers. Not one word was ever uttered by them the 10 minutes I waited. The employees should also be taught how to give customers an idea of how long the wait will be if they are working on another order. I’m certain one of them could have taken the three minutes to make me a sandwich and then continued with their takeout order. I will get in touch with Subway’s corporate customer service.

I love subway but the one in Seminole is always out of all kinds of stuff. The staff is usually friendly but we went today and the lady was not friendly at all, even a little rude. I didn’t get her name but I was very unimpressed
