I still prefer the one on main because of their exceptional sandwich artists. However, many years ago I had rated this subway low because of the staff and the atmosphere. Since then I have finally given it another chance and they had remodeled and it looks super sharp. May I say, fresh! Looks fresh! The staff is better than what they had there many years back so I felt it in me to change my once poor review to a positive one and commend them for their efforts in freshing up a once rotten place.

Used to work at subway, so I feel bad for leaving a bad review. None of the employees were wearing nametags, but the lady who was acting in charge was the rudest fast food employee I have met in a long time. She was being very short with the kids with my group, and on top of that, was drinking tea out of a cup that was sitting on the line as she was preparing sandwiches. Some of her drink spilled out of the cup and onto a few of the sandwiches without her noticing. I attached a picture of the cup she was drinking out of sitting on the line. So so unsanitary.

These ladies were being berated by every customer that walked through the door. But I was still greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. My order had some mess ups but they were so understanding when I brought it back and they remade it with no issue, being very apologetic for the mess up. If people would be nicer to service workers they wouldn’t feel so flustered all the time! I loved their attitudes and I hope they get some cheerier customers!

Food was delicious!

Update 04/02/18:
Employees complained about making our food. We overheard an employee cussing with another customer, sure glad my kid was with me. Toaster was broken. Food was still good.

Literally the second Subway I had to leave today without ordering because they wouldn’t take my order verbally in the drive through without using the touchscreen.

I want my sandwich a certain way and if you aren’t willing to listen to a customer request then you don’t deserve my business.

The sad thing is as I drive by and looked in the window the place was practically empty. Gee, I wonder why.

I saw one of the employees get verbally attacked today at this Subway. I have eaten here many times, I must come at busy times of the days because the employees look like they are rushing trying to get a lot of orders filled.

This time was no different – it was lunch time rush. The couple who was in line behind us starting yelling and wanting her name because he felt she was being rude. He was threatening to tell someone, just because she was trying to make sure he got the ingredients he wanted in his sandwich. They have to ask you if you want the bread toasted. . . that’s when he accused her that she wasn’t allowing him to talk.

This doesn’t sit well with me. Their job is not an easy job. It was lunch rush time, so they had lots of drive thru orders too. I totally confused her with my order because she needed to know what meat I wanted and I had garlic on my brain. He should give her a few minutes to get focused again after I confused her routine.

I found her to be a focused employee, who is probably doing more than usual because I know a lot of people don’t want to do her job. It’s really hard to be cheerful when your tired and people don’t appreciate her; I bet many of them don’t even say thank you.
Her name was Jennifer, her manager I believe I heard Crystal was her name. I was extremely happy with my sandwich. I felt so bad for her that I told her I saw and over worked employee doing a hard job so we could have a really nice sandwich we didn’t have to make.

I smiled and I said, “Thank You!” She smiled back. . . honestly she has a beautiful smile. I wish more people would try to make her smile ~ it makes their job more enjoyable.

Every time I have eaten here it’s been clean and efficient. All of the employees were very nice to me. The sandwich was very good. . . Roast. . . Banana Peppers. . . Olives . . . Cheese. . . and Garlic Sauce. . . I forgot the lettuce, I had lettuce too.

I had a nice time eating my sandwich with my Husband who ordered a big sandwich so he could take half of it home for his dinner tonight. He said, “It’s too hot to cook.”

Thank you Jennifer for a delightful lunch. We will be back. . . they only thing we don’t like is the drive thru menu. . . technology confuses my Husband. I hope the rest of your day was filled with smiling faces.

You Ain’t Bout This Sooner Life (The Bane)
I order online and I go in to get said paid for meal, the second I walk in there’s a woman over at the drive thru just walking back and forth there’s one lady half assed making a sandwich and a third woman who is cleaning. No one greeted me when I came in. I stood there in front of the two ladies who are talking to each other and I had to make contact with them to inquire about my food. The rudeness this place always shows customers is disgusting. Its amazing that you can continue treating people like this. The food is half assed made it’s utterly disgusting and I think corporate should be made aware

Tell you what, the 50-60 year old blondish woman who works here was probably the most unpleasant and unhappy employee I’ve ever come across in a restaurant/fast food place. Visibly and audibly hates her job or life, not sure. Maybe she’s having a bad day, if not I’d find another employee.
