Very friendly staff, and great subs! Our group got our subs quickly, and I got the veggie sub with honey mustard, and the pretzel sub. The ingredients were pretty fresh, however water from the drink fountain tasted quite unusual. On the other hand, the pretzel sub was awesome! Would suggest this location, but keep in mind the water!

normally don’t post reviews, but the guy who made my sandwich tonight got it wrong and was very rude when i called trying to figure out how they could fix it. i got met with “well we close in 4 minutes” and “I’m sorry for that LITTLE mistake”. Told me he could remake it but i already made it the 15 minute drive home, and of course the “well we close in 4 minutes”. seriously do better.

I placed a large order at subway in Idabel, Oklahoma for an event. They didn’t have my order ready when I requested. What really impressed me was that the Manager, who was already gone for the day, came back to the store and got the order ready in a timely manner when he was notified of the situation. Thank you Mr. Whitaker and your staff for handling this situation in a professional manner. I highly recommend this subway because they care about satisfying the customer. The sandwiches and cookies were very good too!

After ordering online I received a phone call to inform me that the toaster oven wasn’t working and they didn’t have two of the three breads I ordered or the churros or the cookies . And they couldn’t refund my order but they could give me some chips . The employee tried calling the manager to find out how to proceed and the manager wasn’t answering the phone , horrible experience altogether .

The last few times I have ordered my food on the app. They have failed to follow the order. From bread with the wrong sandwich to tell me that a cold cut only comes with bologna on it. Then arguing with me about until I show them the sandwich on their app. I used to love going here but I would rather drive to broken bow or valiant. Hopefully they can follow the order.

We Ordered 3 of the same sub all with different details( no lettuce, no pickles etc). ONE of the subs we ordered without pickles or lettuce; one with extra pickles, lettuce and extra mayo; one with everything that normally comes on the sandwich. All of them came without mayonaise, and not a trace of any green vegetable on any of the sandwiches. The ONLY thing they got right was the bread. ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ And they looked at us like we were stupid. Never going to this subway ever again. ( also this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME WE COME TO THIS SUBWAY!!).

Went to Idabel Subway today (8/23/24). I made a call in order and wires got crossed BUT THE YOUNG MAN (didn’t get his name) MADE IT GOOD!!!! Keep it up Idabel y’all are getting it done. Sandwiches were EXCELLENT.
