Worst KFC I’ve ever been in, the chicken pieces literally where smaller than chicken wings!! I ask the manager if they had pieces a little more normal size and she said that was it, I asked for my money back and she said they don’t give no refunds but she could give me another little piece of chicken which I declined!! They have no respect for the customer what so ever and I buy from different KFC’s through out Columbus but this one was the worst!!

For this to be a new KFC I was not satisfied customer service at the drive thru window was not the greatest. Placed my order had to wait for my vegan nuggets didn’t mind that.wait of 5 minutes. But once I got my chicken home it was over cook dry some skinless just not a great experience. For this to be a new KFC I expected a better. Called and they wanted me to bring chicken back when there is a winter storm warning out for Columbus.

The mashed potatoes tasted like they were powdered potatoes mixed with too much water. The cole slaw & macaroni were disgusting. The biscuits tasted doughy. The chicken tenders were definitely not “extra crispy” & were so rubbery/chewy that I am now worried we’re going to be sick with food poisoning tomorrow. I will absolutely never order from this location again. When the only thing that was good was the dipping sauce & Pepsi, that’s a definite problem.

This place is garbage. They can’t even follow simple instructions. I wanted to try the new 12 piece chicken nuggets which are absolute vile with a large fry and a diet Pepsi with no ice, two additional biscuits and a small coleslaw. Instead I was given eight chicken nuggets with are absolutely disgusting. No fry, only two biscuits when there were supposed to be three because the meal came with one and a large coleslaw instead of a small. I go back to tell them that they messed up my order and she asks for a receipt which I was never given one and then I was told there was nothing that she can do even though I showed proof of the order from my bank statement on my phone. I also informed her that I have cameras inside the vehicle and can replay them for her to show proof that she is incompetent. I will definitely be contacting my bank and disputing this because this is not what I ordered. I left the food there as I am not going to eat something that is disgusting and was not made properly

Ordered 16 piece meal and 4 additional 2 meals to get crispy 2piece crispy leg and a 2 crispy breast meal paid and after taking the money they said they was waiting on the crispy breast and legs could pull up park they bring it out…15min later brought it out drove home to find the crispy breast meal was a non crispy leg and thigh meal and the crispy Leg meal was not crispy as well and the 16 pieces in the bucket looked bad all the coating was falling off soggy took it all back ..was told they did not have any crispy breast or chicken left so ask for refund was told they don’t refund they make it right how can they make it right when they don’t have what I ordered in the 1st place …should not took my money if they can’t provide what I ordered told them want my money back was told no refund they make it right ..left the food on counter will dispute at the bank..never be back

Extremely disappointing. Had to wait on food, yet somehow it was old. The chicken was obviously cooked in oil that has not been changed for probably over a month. It was burnt, yet laden with grease. Ordered popcorn Chicken and was charged over $5 for maybe a small handful of pieces. Charged for a large drink, never got said large drink. You know when you go to the drive-thru, and the employee speaks and you think you should just drive off without ordering anything? Well, listen to your gut (literally it is trying to save you) and just drive away.

Check your chicken before you pull off or you’ll be sorry when you get home. They need a new cook chicken was so overcooked there was almost no chicken left and what was left was dried out from over cooking ridiculous and of course no condiments and no napkins and yes I waited three or four minutes for this mess
