Walked in a was greeted by the kids behind the counter about how beautiful of a day it was. It’s pouring down rain. He was kinda loud a little over the top. You know the kind. Ordered a BMT. The bread was a kinda hard to chew and a bit stale. Also not enough oil. Still a good sandwich but not the best.

As ive seen, the ladies at the front seemed lovley, The women who did my sandwich was very to the point kinda gal so shes seems like someone who isnt for bs in the workplace. My mother and I ordered with coupons we got in the mail and it was a lovely experience. Food was fresh and delicious I would recommend the turkey or the meatballs so yummy!!!

I almost always use the app here, and the foods always ready by the time I get there. The food is always good, I only have to complaints, I can’t customize a breakfast sandwich (like if I wanted turkey or chicken, instead of ham or steak) and the cross contamination factor. I’m allergic to pork and beef, and I know it’s a risk eating here, I just wish there was a safer solution.

We couldn’t order from the menu board because the lady just could not get it right. Even when we pulled up to the window, ordering was difficult. Despite the place not being busy, it took 9 minutes for them to get the food out!
They didn’t even cut the foot long meatball sub. It was supposed to be hot, but wasn’t.
My daughter ordered sweet tea with her sandwich, but it wasn’t.
Literally the only thing they got right was the bag of chips.
I would not go back even if they were the only place open.

Many times this Subway does not have the vegetables or the things to make the sandwiches and the staff is inconsistent and has been rude at times.

Placed an order online and it stated it would be ready by noon. I arrive at the store and it was not ready. They said they didn’t receive an order for me. I showed someone that appeared to be the manager that I had indeed placed the order and was charged for said food. I was informed I would have to reorder food. When I asked why would I do that and be charged twice for said food, I was told not to come back. I did not yell nor did I get belligerent with anyone. I have placed orders to be picked up from this store before and have not ever had any issues. Seems there is a new crew here and all of a sudden I have issues.
